The driver was very polite and on time.
But we ordered one van for 13 people and we were transferred by two vans. The second van came with 40’ delay at the Paris airport.
Also I was asked to pay 50€ because even if I noticed the name of the flight I didn’t change the pick up time on the booking form.
When I noticed that the previous day I called the manager at the emergency phone but he was not polite and turned down the phone call telling me “I have no time email the booking”. When I called him for the 40’ delay he didn’t answer and never called back.
