“It's generally ok, but do not use if your flight might get delayed! I had already pre-paid the ride, but they requested additional money due to the delay. Better to use taxis instead.”

“I ordered a van for 5 adults and 3 children with luggage. I was quoted a Mercedes V class van or similar vehicle, which showed a picture of the said vehicle, and that the driver would meet us in the arrivals area displaying our name. What was sent was a 1300cabs maxi taxi. that we had to navigate our own way to. I also requested a booster seat. No sign of that. The website should state if they are using ordinary cabs. We could have walked out to the taxi rank to catch this. Not happy. The driver got us to our destination safely.”

“Was told via email the driver would be outside arrivals waiting with a sign for us. After a 12 hour flight he was nowhere to be seen. Turns out a driver had cancelled and our driver picked up the job, so we took over half an hour finding him in a pickup point. Not exactly what you want when arriving home.”

“Taxi driver on the way was fine but his command of English wasn’t good & I had to show him the location on google maps. On the way back: 1. Driver was late, 2. Didn’t know where we were- and it’s an easy location to find, 3. English not good, 4. Stopped after 2 minutes in a car park to seemingly argue with the booking company’ about his fee!- Not a great experience on the return journey- Although he had a suit on in the 100 degree heat of AMI!- That was the only plus point!….”

“We booked a return with this company. On arrival we waited over an hour, 2 phone calls and no transfer! With 2 young children, very disappointed. They have taken no responsibility for the extra cost we had, having to book a uber?? Saying re terms and conditions, contact the company they sub it out too??? I thought as we booked with them , they would take responsibility ! Is is no reflection on the lovely guy we had for the return transfer. But sadly will not use this company again !”

“Booking process was fine . Allocated driver was changed twice and the final one did not speak English, was late and did not meet and greet in arrivals, but required us to wait outside in the heat whilst he hunted for the door number . We called him when he had not arrived but he could only communicate by text so he could use Google translate . Vehicle was clean and OK , but overall the service was poor and not what we had expected”

“Getting there was good, lady was nice vehicle was good and spactious and clean: on the way back was a completely different story. Driver was rude, rushed and vehicle was terrible no aircon. And he lit up a cigarette within second of arriving in such a. Rush. Just dumped us at airport and left”

“We booked a van 12 people. We were a group of 8 but had a lot of luggage. We wanted to all stay together from the airport to the house in London. I paid for a 12 person van, but got 2 drives and our group was split into to groups, 4 and 4. This was not what we wanted and it was not what I paid for.”

“I had booked a service pick-up from the airport in London. The driver met me outside the airport, not at the meeting spot mentioned on the website. He was a nice guy, but came with an awful and smelly car. Keep in mind I paid extra for the Mercedes E class and I was picked-up with a Toyoyta. Don't waste your money booking the Premium service, they will justify it with the fact that they mention "Mercedes E class or similar" on their website. I will not book again.”

“Per una volta volevo vivere un esperienza particolare ed ho prenotato il transfer con un auto top class (mercede S) ed autista. Mi sono ritrovato a viaggiare in un pulmino (Vito Van) Ho chiesto delucidazioni e rimborso, mi hanno risposto che era un upgrade !!!!! Ho risposto che il van costa di più perché usati dai gruppi, Anche ad acquistarli il van costa un quarto della macchina. Nulla, non acquisterò più nulla che non sia protetto da aziende serie (PayPal o Booking). Vi aggiorno in caso di aggiornamenti. Sconsigliato”

“CZ2882114447 : booking I booked a Mercedes Class E or similar and they gave a Van VW uncorfortable and noisy like a Scania Truck. I complained and the Guy answered that it was written Mercedes Class E or similar … sorry but to me this is abuse of information and no sense of service in this company. Be careful !”

“A bit of a scam perhaps? Airport to hotel was fine, but on day of return to airport driver did not show. I phoned the emergency number and was given the drivers mobile number, phoned him but did not answer call, the office tried to call him, but did not answer call, advised to arrange alternative transport - which I managed to do, at additional cost, just in time to catch flight. On arrival home complained to ATT who checked with the local taxi - to be told the driver had arrived but I had not!! Hmm they seem happy to take the fee for one way trip only, Won't use again.”

“Booked this before we travelled to Gran Canaria. When we arrived no driver was in sight and we waited a good 30 mins and had to call the emergency number. We received confirmation paperwork for our return flight home with the selected time. We were then rudely awoken by a text just before midnight to say that they were not coming at the requested time but 20 minutes later. As we had no faith in them as they had been late on the arrival trip contacted the English number to complain she agreed with our concerns that we had very little time to get to the airport if they did not turn up as they hadn’t at the outset!! She suggested we call the emergency number again. We were left hanging on the line but I had text back on the number that I had received at midnight and the one redeeming thing they did do was meet our request and come at the time we had originally requested. However, I would use this company again”

“I had booked a transport from Gatwick airport, London to my hotel and back from the hotel to Gatwick. Although, I had no issues with the transport from the hotel to the airport, however, there was one unbelievable issue with going from the airport to the hotel. The driver did not show up at all. We were stranded at a strange place, confused and frustrated. After waiting anxiously for over an hour we were forced to book another transport, and paid twice more. After all this frustrating moments, the company put us through yet another one. First, they promised to refund the money within a week's time after discussing the issue with their driver. It has been over four weeks and nothing from them, and not even responding to my emails. Therefore, I have reservations in recommending Airports Taxi Transfers. I do not like see, or even imagine a stranger getting stranded at a strange airport.”

“Run away from this company in Paris. First I will claim that I entered pickup at 2:40am not pm...and the driver headed to the airport at MN knowing no flights arrive that late at Beauvasi. BUT why wouldn't you ck flight information provided? The driver had a rant about it for 10 minutes before we just told him to stop. Especially after he claimed how knowledgeable he was about the airport and arrival times. The drive from Beauvais to Paris center and back proved to be fast, slow, and stomping on brakes accompanied by several wrong turns. You need to hire competent drivers. And if we meed Whats App ready for communication, make it clear on the reservation details.”

“We arranged a transfer with Airport Taxis Tranfers for pickup at London Heathrow Airport and transfer to our Central London Hotel. Our flight arrived 10 minutes ahead of schedule, however our bags were the last ones off the plane. When we got to the arrivals hall there was no driver. I pulled out my phone to call and it took a few minutes to connect to the airport wifi to make the call. As I was dialing I received a call from the company asking if we still wanted the ride. I answered yes and told the representative that there was no driver evident. I was then told he had left because we had exceeded the 1 hour wait time. Our flight landed at 12:10pm and we were in the arrival hall at 1:15pm. Heathrow is a large airport, we were required to go through passport control, and our bags were the last ones off the plane. There was no lollygagging done. We got to the arrivals hall about 5 minutes late and were then told if we wanted to complete the ride we would have to pay an additional £16/$20 for the overtime wait period. Nowhere was that information in the confirmation email that was sent prior to our departure from the U.S. The representative sent a pay link for the additional charge which I paid once I got to the hotel. However, between the sending of the link and getting to the email, I got nagging text messages. The only positive point I can give to this experience is that our driver was very helpful with our bags and was a safe driver. Rest assured I will not is this service again.”
