The driver was at the wrong terminal both driver and company at fault they should have checked the arrival terminal. We have to wait an extra 45 minutes after struggling to communicate.

The driver was late, ok, i can forgive that to some extent, but the lady at the customer service was extremely rude, she actually shouted at me like crazy because I called, that is absolutely unacceptable, would never use this service again

Booking was complicated due to insufficient options being presented on the drop-down box for Osaka. It only gave Osaka and not KIX. I have to cancel and re book . The “driver” texted me several time prior to the booking and then did not turn up for the booking!! I sourced help from another company to find out where they were. Eventually someone arrived but with no identification and really “out of sorts” Very disconcerting!! And it seems that this company in Osaka is very unreliable.

We are waiting now 10 hours for a conformation. We have to leave to the airport within 10 hours. Information on the site was still mentioning Pending. What will happen now very early in the morning. Can we rely that it will come OK?

Driver was 17 minutes late at pick up. He was noticeably very tired and sleepy, struggling to stay awake! Eating smelly food on the way.

The driver was already stressed when picking up, unfortunately entry was delayed, 7 calls in a very short space of time, then the message: "I've been waiting for 1.5 hours, my shift ends now, I'm leaving" ... when booking Arrival time was asked and the driver says he was there 30 minutes BEFORE landing, WHY?? The transport took place after all and was pleasant. But same scenario when picking up for departure. The time was agreed and confirmed in writing, but I still received 8Whatsapp messages 2 hours beforehand that he wanted to pick us up 90 minutes beforehand. We then agreed in writing to 30 minutes before the agreed appointment, then the driver still arrived 45 minutes late, i.e. 15 after our first confirmed appointment... why this stress??

Won’t use them again, I paid for a premium service for a SUV 93usd one way, I got picked up in a bmw old sedan which on there website is 63usd one way , got ripped off

The drivers who took us to Milan and back were nice and polite, but your company is not professional because after the arrival we waited for the car for more than 45 minutes because the first driver left after 40 minutes after the arrival (although in the conditions is waiting 60 minutes) we waited for the luggage and your employee told that drover called us but I did not have any phone call mixed. And next driver arrived in 45 minutes. When we left the hotel we had ordered a Mercedes Benz E class vehicle and a Volkswagen Passat came for us, when we contacted you no one responded we simply paid for something we did not get

Prepare to pay more! The 60 minutes waiting time starts from the moment your plane touches down. With taxiing, deboarding, Passport Control and collecting baggage, it's unlikely you'll get to your transfer within 60 minutes, meaning additional charges start which have to be paid before they will send the car. Common sense really needs to be applied!

15 minutes prior to pickup time for transfer to International flight in Paris the driver advised us by text that he was going to be 10 minutes late. We therefore contacted Uber vans who were there to collect us ontime and get us to the airport as planned. After leaving in the Uber the driver for Airport Taxi Transfers again text to say he had made up time and would only be 5 minutes late (but we had already left in the Uber and had advised him of same). This company subsequently charged my card for the service and told me we had cancelled inside 24 hours and therefore had to pay. They wrote to me and pointed out that it was MY responsibility to book and allow enough time for their company to arrive late !!!!!. How much time should I allow for your lateness ? 5 minutes ? 10 minutes? 30 minutes ?. How ridiculous. With the current apps that advise drivers of traffic delays there should be very FEW reasons why a driver is unexpectedly delayed. Not surprisingly this is the same driver that failed to show up for a previous arranged booking via this company (Driver name is Brahms) for a booking from Paris CDG to Champs Elysee and instead sent another crappy vehicle (without advising us of change of car or driver). Anyway, yes you have perhaps the legal right to take the fare without providing the service but you have lost a customer for good over 87 Euro. Have been travelling around the world for last 6 weeks and found www.twelvetransfers.com and connectotransfers.com to provide better class of vehicles, more friendly drivers and more reliable service. Even Uber had higher standard vehicles with a cost per transfer that is approx 25% less than what we paid Airport Taxi Transfers. FYI we used Airporttaxitransfers.com in both Ireland and Paris and found the quality of the drivers they use to be substandard in many respects.

The booking process is simple and easy. The driver was polite and the drive home to Abu Dhabi from Dubai was peaceful and smooth. Unfortunately, my flight was delayed and arrived late. I waited over an hour for my luggage to arrive on the luggage belt. I had been in transit for almost 24 hours and the company told me they have a waiting period and will have to leave soon. While I understand that, tourists and residents of Abu Dhabi/Dubai might be better off getting a regular taxi. This one is pre-paid, so if something happens to delay you, you’ll have to find another way home and lose out on whatever money you spend booking.

Just a reminder for everyone. It is cancellable within 24 hours of booking but you do not get your full amount back. They did not specify it upfront but they said they placed it in their Terms and Conditions - which is not a good way to do it because travelers are looking for rental cars that are cancellable , they will not have time to read the Terms and Conditions so I found this sneaky. I requested it to be cancelled but did not get full refund. Emailed support and they said they stated it in their terms and conditions - Please note that credit/debit card processing fees (1.4% - 2.9%) charged by our payment processing partner Stripe.com are non-refundable when you cancel your reservation.

The driver was so mean when he knew I was from an Asian country. I don't know what's wrong and he was calling his co-taxi drivers and started laughing. When I arrived at my destination, I asked to pay by scan and he tapped the seat where the scan code was located and asked me for 600 baht even though my payment was supposed to be less than 500 (I don't have any baggage, just a small shoulder bag so, I don't have to pay for any extra charges). He was hurrying me to pay and asked if I really had money and then laughed. Hello, Mr. 6501020! I hope you did sleep well.

So disappointed in this service. I advised with 4 hours notice of a cancelled flight. The driver would not have had to drive to the airport, park or wait for our arrival. I advised of the cancellation as soon as I knew so the driver was made aware. The driver was very understanding & grateful for my advice. The company however simply reminded me of the rules that a cancellation means no refund, so I would need to rebook & pay. Maybe next time I’ll just not bother letting them know about the cancellation as it makes no difference to the customer service or outcome. I would gladly pay a rebooking fee, but to be totally out of pocket when I advised with plenty of notice seems extremely harsh.

We found the website unclear on how much baggage could be taken in addition to passengers. For example, we ordered a 6 seater but it only became clear when we were picked up that some of the seats needed to be folded down to fit the bags that the website said we could take. Also, we were incredibly disappointed with our driver KaKa (KYB-7316) who took us from our hotel to the airport. He spent the whole journey making repeated and lengthy phone calls to various people which were coming through the car speakers so we had to sit and listen to it the whole journey. At some point he was clearly very angry on the phone (he was speaking in Cantonese so we did not know what he was saying, but he was shouting at the person on the other end of the phone). We found this to be completely unprofessional. Despite having been on the phone to multiple different people for the entire trip, he had the audacity to ask for a tip and was clearly annoyed when we explained he would not be getting one simply for driving, given that his customer-service was non-existent. Would have rated 1 star, but transfers were on time and cars were in good condition.

The ride from Sydney airport to our airbnb was good. Other than the fact the driver said I hadn’t paid when I paid in advance online and took out a bank screenshot of the paid service. I was most disappointed at the ride from airbnb to the airport. It was a 430am ride, We waited 40minutes and the ride never turned up so we had to take a couple uber cars. We rung the emergency number and no one answered as hours operating was from 9am. I messaged via whatsapp i would be requiring a refund. We arrived back home and the reasoning for not turning up was due to heavy rains. It was very light showers, no flight delays or cancellations. The uber was prompt and no traffic. EVEN IF the driver couldn’t make it they should of contacted me so that I wouldn’t be waiting but I was never contacted. If i continued to wait i would of missed my flight. The service should ensure the driver contacts the customer if they can’t make it or will be late. Also to provide a number we can call outside of service hours for assistance.

Stated badly with quite await at the airport.The driver then pulled the boot lid down (electronically) on my head! What should have been a drive of under an hour turned into 1hr 45 mins. The traffic was New York typical but the driver took a peculiar route into the city - seemed to want to avoid the tunnel. He didn’t speak any English at all so we couldn’t ask him why the journey was so long. He had his phone (not the one where he had the route in) set so there was a continuous high screech beep. He turned it off when we eventually made it clear that it was very unpleasant. At this point we were within 5 minutes of the hotel.

The trip from New Orleans- perfect. However our trip in Nashville was very disappointing. Our flight was 30 minutes late, also getting our luggage was a 40 minute delay with signs saying not to use mobile phones. On leaving baggage we rang emergency numbers with no response. So we got a local taxi when we picked up calls from you but too late as you had declared us as no show. We requested a refund and you declined. I have two further trips booked but will cancel on our arrival home due to the Nashville experience. We had two more trips to book but your company has blotted our experiences
