The flight arrived at the airport late, and although the driver did send me one WhatsApp message but didn't make an actual call. He was long gone by the time I managed to get to the pickup area. I am disabled and travel using the assistance team, therefore I'm not in control of my transit speed. I will not be using this service again.

The emergency number to cancel transport is a waste of time. So is contacting any previous drivers. There is no communication between drivers and office as far as customer is concerned. We tried to cancel via emergency number but was told the only way to cancel was via email. Unfortunately I emailed 23 hours hours before our pick up time due to thinking emergency number would be sufficient. They obviously did not check emails and sent a driver. You don't know who your driver will be until pick up time when they message you. The reason for our cancellation was my mother had a stroke and was still in hospital. Customer service zero.

Con respecto a airports deja mucho que desear un tranfer no lo cumplieron y no contestaron la confirmacion del segundo transfer no brinda cual es la empresa y el conductor asignado para el retiro …por suerte el tercer transfer contratado se cominico unas horas antes la persona terciarizada y me quede tranquilo que nos iban a retirar…el conductor independiente de airports taxi cumplio perfectamente con nosostros

Our driver did not show up in the airport for the meet and greet (which we paid for) and we had to find our way to the outside area and play phone tag with him. When we finally got to Manhattan (no fault of the driver, traffic was awful) he tried to drop us off at the wrong location, the street behind our hotel. He didn't speak English and my Mandarin isn't that good, but we finally arrived at the entrance. But what was more disturbing was the reply from this company about the service I received - they stated that they talked to the driver and he said he did meet us in the airport and dropped us off at the rear entrance and they would not compensate me. I wasn't looking at compensation and was just informing them. Also the hotel does not have a rear entrance.

The driver arrived 28' later from the scheduled appointment. Hopefully, we had extra time before our flight. But what is the point of the booking if there is a delay of 28'. If I did not show in 15' the driver whould have left.

Do not use if have children, want to be picked up on time, or expect to receive what you paid for. Car was 20 minutes late, did not have the child seats that were ordered and came with a shabby Peugeot rather than the premium Mercedes that was ordered. The company did offer a partial refund, but the service was completely unacceptable.

DO NOT BOOK IF YOU TRAVEL WITH SMALL CHILDREN I requested car seats for my 4yo and 1yo. Contacted them multiple time to confirm there will be car seats, no answer. They finally got back to me the the night before our flight and admitted there will be no car seats. Offered free cancellation which I agreed with. Promised they guarantee car seats for the return journey, so I gave them a chance and kept the booking for the way back. Well, there was no car seat for the 4yo and only a horrifyingly unsafe one for the baby. I specified I absolutely need a RF seat for the 12month old, but they had an old forward facing one with no harness, had to only use the car seat belt. Absolutely not safe for a 30min drive on the motorway. Never again! Next time I will book a local company that can actually provide safe car seats when they promise to.

The service provided was ok, more mediocre especially for a country that entertains a lot of tourist. Pick up from airport was fine, driver waited and was patient as one piece of luggage did not arrive and we had to fill the forms etc However my son left his backpack in the vehicle when we were dropped at the hotel. I pleaded with them to please deliver the bag which they agreed but said I must pay €30 cash. I asked for transfer as we didn’t have any € but they insisted it had to be cash. To cut a long story short I didn’t receive my bag. They claim it was dropped at lost & found in the airport but lost & found claim no such was delivered. The lost & found team spoke and said the company was saying a different thing. The day before, I had also chatted via WhatsApp asking if I could change my pick up from 9.15am to 9.45am. Driver arrived at 9.15am and I didn’t get downstairs until 9.38am. I tried explaining but he was literally telling me off and raising his hands. He refused to look at my WhatsApp chat as I was trying to explain to him that the time was for 9.45am. If they didn’t accept the time of change then they should have told me. He literally drove off! I was calling and pleading. My mum is on crutches so difficult for her to rush. Sincerely I haven’t experienced a terrible service like this in a foreign tourist country. We are back in London with no backpack found just stories and rudeness with poor communication.

Our 6 AM pick up for the airport never arrived. We almost missed our flight. We had to hire a local independent driver after receiving help from our hotel. We were one hour delayed and it cost us over 100 extra euros. We were told this would be reimbursed, but it was not. We did however, receive a refund for the original fare.

Taxi not waiting for us on arrival. Unsatisfactory communication with 'emergency' contact phone number. Very limited and difficult communication with a local driver who subsequently called me, with almost no English, kept saying '10mins', wanted us to wait outside in the heat. Over 2 hours after the flight arrived, a driver appeared. He explained via google translate that our car had broken down so he had been called and he had left immediately, from his hometown near our hotel, 1.5 hrs drive from the airport (why didn't they order someone from the Airport region??) However, he and his car were great, and we got there fine. Airports Taxi Transfers responded to my email complaint and gave me full driver details in advance of the return trip, which was perfect. They also refunded nearly a quarter of the fee. I would give 2.5 stars if that were available!

We booked and paid Airports Taxi Transfers for an airport run. The driver did not show up; HQ couldn’t contact them and suggested we wait, risking our flight. We were forced to source a last-minute taxi (cost - a lot more than our contract price) to make the airport. After our complaint, ATT refunded the original fare (the least they could do) but wouldn’t cover the extra cost, saying we should pursue their local supplier instead. Their terms were provided at booking and they say they’re only an agent, but from a customer’s perspective they failed to deliver what was promised and didn’t make us whole. Be aware: if a no-show happens, you may get only a refund — not your replacement travel or any inconvenience. Very disappointed; last time we’ll use them.

I book this company for a few airport transfers in the US. I was a single female traveller and arriving in both New York and LA quite late at night. I wanted a service that was clear and made me feel safe. For the NYC transfer, a customer service rep called me and suggested upgrading to the 'Meet n Greet' service, which cost me an extra $35(AUD) and I got ZERO meet n greet service. I was promised someone waiting for me at the arrival and this did not happen. He msged and told me to meet outside. It was midnight and I was in a new city. This was stressful and not what I paid for. In LA, the meet n greet service was included (I have emails from the customer service rep) and again, Noone was waiting for me. And I had to navigate the airport by myself...again. I will say my final driver (from LA hotel to airport) was amazing. He met me in the lobby. And was so friendly. I have also put in a complaint about my extra 'meet n Greet' service asking for explanation on why I didn't receive this service and still waiting for a reply. Overall, I will be looking elsewhere.

On the 15th we almost ran out of transfer because we couldn't warn the driver of the flight delay due to not being able to have the network connected. Still, the airport/hotel trip was reasonable and fast. On the day of the return, the 22nd, the driver was not accessible and the return was very long between the hotel and the airport. It made me understand that the driver preferred to make the longer turn and not go on the highway. We think it's a more pleasant experience

Hello! I'm sorry to say that, on our recent trip to the UK, although the return trip to Luton Airport was ultimately fine and the drivers provided good service, we are very upset with the company's service overall. On the day we were due to return, August 6, we had agreed, according to email confirmation, that the taxi would pick us up at the hotel at 2:30 p.m. The taxi never arrived, despite the hotel staff helping us by calling their drivers. The driver who took us finally arrived an hour late, and we could have easily missed our flight. With this happening, I'm sorry, but I must post a negative review and not recommend this company to others who want to travel to London and request these taxi-transfer services. Thank you very much.

We booked the taxi for 9am, after 5/6 messages to try and find out where it was, it eventually turned up at 9.30am. No apology from driver he was late. We were told we would get a tx 1 hour before so we knew what driver and car was coming… we didn’t get that. We paid for a vehicle that would hold 5 suitcases and 5 hand luggage, luckily we only took 3 in the end because we would not fit 5 in the car that was sent.

No problem with the arrival pick up, the return pick up never arrived with no details at all sent on. Had to arrange and pay for a taxi to the airport for my family and kids. 10 days waiting on refund and an apology. Service not good enough

Very disappointed. Did not get the type of vehicle requested although the vehicle was confirmed over 6 weeks ago. Only informed prior to being picked up. If this was shared earlier would have sourced from another reliable provider

It's generally ok, but do not use if your flight might get delayed! I had already pre-paid the ride, but they requested additional money due to the delay. Better to use taxis instead.

I ordered a van for 5 adults and 3 children with luggage. I was quoted a Mercedes V class van or similar vehicle, which showed a picture of the said vehicle, and that the driver would meet us in the arrivals area displaying our name. What was sent was a 1300cabs maxi taxi. that we had to navigate our own way to. I also requested a booster seat. No sign of that. The website should state if they are using ordinary cabs. We could have walked out to the taxi rank to catch this. Not happy. The driver got us to our destination safely.
