“The vechicles were clean but the A/C was very lacking didn't feel like you were cooling down. Driver Alfredo was very friendly and helpful going to the hotel. we had a miss comunication between 2 drivers on pick up at the hotel on return and when it was all figured out our driver was very slow on loading our bags so we had to start loading ourselves. At this point he finished loading and then was racing to the airport. But overall our first time using the service and would probably use it again when with a group”

“Easy to book and pre pay in the Uk via website. Good standard of vehicle and on time. The only thing I would say is that it would be nice if the taxi company could make contact prior to leaving as I was left wondering if they had forgotten me. I called the night before and they said all was ok but I would have liked them to contact me to confirm the day before.”

“Despite flight delay co-driver was waiting for me as I exited Arrivals. Took charge of my suitcase and guided me to minibus waiting outside. Only problem was high step up to get into minibus, same problem on getting out. But assistance was provided.”

“Transportation was good once we found the driver. As per our instructions, we expected him to be waiting for us with a board with our name on it, but this was not the case. He had been messaging my phone, but I had difficulty connecting to the WiFi.”

“Our driver for the pickup in Munich could not speak english and he was at a different location from where we exited our baggage pickup. He called but we had no idea what he was saying. Another driver who was waiting stepped up and helped us and called him for us. Otherwise, it would not have been great.”

“Booking proces very easy and fast 👍 The vehicle came as agreed (even befor time) and the driver was very helpfull with the luggage ! The bus was a little old compared to the other we have had udringede our stay, but it did the job 👍👍”

“The driver was waiting for us at the airport on our arrival and a smooth journey to the hotel. The driver arrived on time as requested for our return trip from the hotel to the airport and again a very good journey. I was impressed that I did received an email confirming the return service the day before our departure date. A few courtesy words from the drivers may add a better experience to the ride.”

“Leider hatte unser Flug 1,5 Std Verspätung und unser Fahrer war nicht da. Ich musste nach telefonieren. Und am einem großen Flughafen wie Paris CDG waren nicht leicht sich zu finden. Ich hätte erwartet, dass man sich über den Flug informiert und rechtzeitig bei der Ankunft wartet.. Weiter haben wir Bar bezahlt. Die Fahrerin hatte aber kein Retourgeld. Die Fahrt, das Fahrzeug und die Fahrerin waren soweit ok bzw freundlich. Trotzdem ein Stern weniger wegen der oben erwähnten Probleme.”

“Der Transfer verlief alles super. Die Kommunikation bei Fragen bzw Änderungen mit der angegebenen Telefonnummer über whatts App funktionierte leider gar nicht. Wurde gar nicht reagiert, auch nach mehreren Nachrichten nicht. Erst bei einem Telefonat konnte ich es klären. Ansonsten Transfer, Fahrer top.”

“Booking experience was quite straight forward. The communication from the transport company was adequate and informative, especially for the arrival part of our trip. The photos for the meeting point were especially helpful, thank you for those! Vehicles provided (basic Toyota SUV) were okay size wise for our travelling party and luggage (1 adult, 2 teens) but just to mention: we had ordered a vehicle that stated 5 persons. I don’t know, if the persons mentioned in the vehicle description includes also the driver, so in real life it is 1 + 4. So if there had been actually 5 of us, there would have been other arrangements to be made. Drivers were helpful on both ways. On return trip the vehicle had a strong smell of tobacco which was not nice.”

“The taxi and driver were good as you would expect. Nice clean car, driver was safe if quite. The only bad piunt was we seemed to have to wait a while from once the contact at the airpport found us to the actual car arriving. But overall very good service”
