“The driver was not in the arrivals hall as expected to meet us. Phone contact followed & arrangements made to meet outside . Hiccup on the return journey as scheduled driver had an accident where following our request the company arranged for another driver”

“The driver and car were great. Our only issue was that we had no message on arrival at T3 and it took 40 minutes for us to be given directions to where to meet the driver.”

“The taxi was parked a little distance from the airport but I could not complain because this was one of the cheaper taxi services on offer. On the return from Prague to the airport they asked to pick us up 45 minutes earlier than we requested because of supposed roadworks and heavy traffic, which did not materialise. But they were value for money and I would use them again.”

“We booked an 11 seater to pick us up and this was changed to 3 taxis instead..1st 2 taxis came fine but we were waiting over an hour for the last taxi..the driver kept saying 8 mins away for the entire hour..very poor”

“Overall good service except return journey we had to split in two sessions we booked transfer for 13 people but vehicle was small and could not accommodate 13 so drivers hD to make 2 rounds because Airport was not far it was not a problem but if Airport was far there were chances we would have missed flight if booking was for 13 people they should provide large vehicle”
