Booking ref: MM207623548 I ordered a 16 seat bus and paid €162 for it. BUT an 8 seat van & a 4 seat saloon car turned up. 12 seats! not the 16 I wanted. If I had wanted a car and a van I could have booked them directly and paid €150. I wanted the larger vehicle for the extra space for luggage, for the passenger leg room and most importantly so the group would not be split up! The drivers were very polite, courteous and on time. They can not be faulted

Booked a transfer from JFK airport to our hotel in New York. The driver that picked us up was very unfriendly and abrupt. Absolutely no customer service skills at all. Not only this but they had a friend in the drivers seat instead of driving to us herself. Then they demanded $25 for a “late waiting fee” that was due to a plane being delayed (not the fault of the customer).

Our flight was delayed by 5 hours. We arrived at our airport at 11pm. There was none there to collect us and the emergency number we were given was called several times over the space of 30 minutes and was not answered so we had to pay for a taxi at the airport. We were advised by airports taxi transfers this was our fault due to the delay of the flight and wouldn’t be entitled to be refunded the money we had paid upfront even though we didn’t receive a service. Service back to the airport was very good. Do not pay this company in advance pay the driver so you don’t loose money, there is the option for this. Due to the stress this caused us and the company not having an understanding of that or attempting to ensure we had the transport we had paid for on our delayed flight I wouldn’t use them again.

Due to weather, our incoming flight was changed to a flight two hours later. I sent a message by clicking the link for “Amend” and let them know it switched. Upon landing, I called the emergency number to check and the first person said to call back once we cleared customs. Cleared customs and called back and they were very confused. They explained they had been calling and texting me (I was on a plane). I said I sent a message changing my flight so they said they would send a driver. Instead of the Mercedes van, they just called an UberXL and a little minivan came. We had to convince the driver to take us because the name he had was the companies name and not mine, and we had to carry luggage on our laps. We basically paid double just to get an Uber.

In the return journey the driver took off his glasses and kept putting water on his face, driving with on hand and no glasses He would keep windows open so aircon did not work properly Snorting, not sure if unwell Driving fast, with a 3 month baby on board

Driver (pleasant) apparently arrived ahead of time but was not outside the house, and neither called nor rang the bell. I called and was told he was near and would call but he didn't. I called again and was told he was across the street. Consequently I was late leaving.

The booking process was easy, contact from the company good but the driver was 30 minutes late which caused anxiety as we had a flight to catch.

Pick up from Malaga airport was fabulous, lovely car and driver. The pick up to go back to the airport was terrifying, the car was battered up and had warning lights on the dashboard, the brakes were shocking and it felt like the tracking was off and he was almost wrestling the steering wheel to keep in a straight line, the driver was all over the place and very distracted. I was very scared. Would not use from Malaga again in case he picked us up. The only reason for the 2 stars is the pick up from the airport was good.

Very poor, we has a minor crash on way to JFK. Driver never spoke a word to us always on his phone this causing the crash. Then I rang the office they told me to organise another taxi??? We are trying to catch a flight to JFK 4 cases & 4 people

AVOID if you have an infant and transferring from Faro Airport. Requested a child seat at an additional cost and received a confirmation email. Transfer vehicle arrived and only a booster seat for 5 years and upwards was available. Was told by driver that they don't have infant seats. Had to hold my son in my arms for the 40 minute transfer which is both dangerous and illegal.

I wouldn't recommend this company, booked to go from the airport to the apartment. Are flight was delayed and was ment to be guaranteed the driver would wait upto an hour! I contacted the driver to say we would be a little late and I got a reply saying he cant wait! They did send another driver once I contacted the manager. Bit had to pay another 30€. Then on our return the driver was late, couldn't get hold of him had to phone the manager again! We booked our taxi at 7am and they managed to get one to us at 7.45am we was flighing at 9.30 so nearly missed our flight! Only good thing was the manager did answer the phone and was a little helpful.

Price - competitive Car - not as described. We paid extra for a 6 seater mini van and got a large 6 seater car instead. Lucky there was only 4 people with 2 suitcases. It would never have fitted 6 comfortably! Main issues were with driver. Hard to find at pickup. Noticed his sat nav address was not correct hotel so we corrected him, or at least attempted to. He told us they were the same and asked the street name to which we showed him the address on our phone and he said it again it was the same - dropped us at incorrect hotel. Had to get a bus to other hotel. The drive was also a lot longer than shown when booked, which we realised the following day he took the non toll roads. We enquired at hotel to which they confirmed tolls were around €4.50 only. So for return I messaged to say it was incorrect hotel and when he pulled up to correct hotel and got out, his first comment was blaming us for getting the incorrect hotel, as if we should know which is which on our first trip to portimao. We asked can he take the toll roads return to which he replied only if we pay for them, but he couldn't take card and we had no cash on us. I'd say he burnt more fuel going the non toll roads - completely pointless. He then started saying things like it's mother's day and I've still got up for you early etc. To make.it sound like he was doing us a favour - we were paying customers. All in all the car and driver was not acceptable at all. Due to this, I will not be using this website in the future if this is what they are providing. Disappointed. 2 stars as the driver actually arrived and brought us both ways, even if we didn't make it to correct location on 1 of the trips.

Driver and car no issues. People at the airport quiet ignorant, "stand over there and wait" we were told abruptly. After 20 mins waiting we asked how long more and again were told "we wait for one more person l, stand over there and wait'. Bad first impression.

Awful company. Driver didn’t arrive to return transfer, rude on the phone putting the phone down twice. After waiting another 25 minutes still no driver had to get a taxi to the airport instead. Costing another €40 on top of €70 already paid for transfer ! Making us 45 minutes behind schedule & just making final call for our flight. Totally unreliable, not what you want at 4:30am with 2 young children

Strongly advice not to use this company. Our return transfer didn’t turn up at the hotel at allocated time , waited 10 minutes then rang the emergency number was told someone would be on the way then had the phone put down on me. Waited another 20 Minutes still no one came, rang back to have the phone put down on me again. Not what you need at 4:30 am with 2 young children. The hotel had to ring us a taxi. Costing another €40. Only just making it to our flight on the final call. I’ve emailed to complain & asked for part refund & also been ignored.

On arrival at JFK we texted to say we had arrived 30 mins early but received no reply. After a 40 min wait I called the emergency number and was told to call the company (Mr Lee) who should have picked us up!! Another call and 10 mins later we were picked up in a Toyota Hiace, not the Sedan I had ordered. The driver was great but the inital experience was poor. We had the same on the return, no Sedan, another Toyota Hiace, again driver was great. The service was poor, the cars were Uber standard and I won't use them again, nor would I recommend.

Poor service. There was no driver to meet us. We called the emergency number and were told to go to an office in the airport. Eventually after 30 mins we got a taxi to our hotel. On return journey, the taxi was 20 mins late (they did text to say 13). He arrived in an uncomfortable minibus. Not impressed with the service at either end.

We booked a transfer for Nov 4 from Munich airport to our hotel. Our flight from the US was cancelled and rebooked for Nov 5. When rescheduling our transfer we were told our Nov 4 transfer was considered a cancellation (according to their terms and conditions). The person at the emergency line said we would have to pay 150 euros (the cost of the transfer online was 79 euros). We could not pay using credit card because it would be too difficult and we had to pay the 150 euros, cash to the driver. We contacted the London company +44 20 3529 6710 and talked with a customer service representative who did confirm the terms and conditions and we would not receive a refund for rescheduling our transfer. it was considered a cancellation. We informed the customer service representative about the charge for the Nov 5 transfer being double and we could not pay using credit card, which threw up a big red flag to us. During this time we accessed the site online and could see that we could book transfers at the rate we originally booked. We brought this to the customer service representative and stated we didn't want the person on the emergency line doing the transfer, we'd book new online...which is what we did. The customer service person called to confirm the transfer, which we appreciated. We did get transfers through this company for Nov 5, date of our rescheduled flight. The concern was the double payment and having to pay cash as it was stated by the person on the other end of the emergency number provided. Be careful booking this company, especially these days with so many flight cancellations and rescheduled flights. You will not receive credit or a refund toward your rescheduled transfer. Beware of what you are told by the person answering the emergency line listed on your reservation confirmation.

Driver was very annoyed with our flight delay (she had flight details so could have seen that the flight would be delayed). Also at arrival, she had no sign, so was very difficult to locate her. She called and said that she could not find us. Turned out that she was trying to gain time as she ordered a coffee while we were waiting for 10+ minutes for her. Not a nice experience, would not really recommend.
