Forgotten on arrivals and also on departure. Called the 'emergency' number and was asked what company it was booked under?? Both journeys our driver was replaced by either a local taxi driver or someone who was clearly not expecting to drive us. Both drivers were nice. Not sure how it has so many positive reviews.

If travelling to Tenerife avoid this service.On arrive no one to meet.After trying the emergency numbers which was engaged, we eventually got threw to be told to go to office one.Again we eventually found this .The lady walked outside and called as a cab.Next time we will pay the £3 extra and do it ourselves…taxi never turned up on return journey (this was after spending 40 mins on phone to a man who assured us it was on its way just stuck in traffic)Still waiting on my refund .😱

Response time and instructions to change pick up time were confusing and delayed. Called emergency number twice and was given different information and instructions each time. First time employee was very unhelpful, almost rude. Employees should be following the instructions and protocols that are listed on the web site. Would not use this service again.

We were picked up at the Airport on time and our transfer went flawlessly. We had a really nice driver too, however, he didn’t get payed by the company, Airpor Taxi Transfers, since he is an external driver and is not permanently hired by the company.

On the way out our taxi we had to wait 20mins for our taxi to arrive. On the way home our taxi was not where we had been told to go and wait at. It was down a road and round the corner - we almost needed a taxi to get to our taxi! The actual drivers were nice - but generally it was rubbish organisation.

Waited 20 mins at airport for collection could have got a bus or cab quicker. Had a 5 year old with us but still the driver was racing and weaving through traffic 👎

It was hot inside the car from cruise terminal to FCO. Driver did not turn on Air conditioner. He just opened his driver window little. We passengers did no know how to open our window.

Our trip from Amsterdam airport to our hotel was really a mess! Based on our agreement we expected driver meet us at arrival terminal but unfortunetlly this was not the case! He called me and said that I need come to a meeting point far from arrival terminal an dhe sent us his location based on Google map!!! With lagaues after us and several it was really unplasent situation! Eventuelley we find each other and the car was old and unclean, on top of that the driver was not so helpfull and service minded to. I sent an email to TT and they said that this time they used a contractor for transfering us and we will get 15% for next trip! OK!? I tried to order a new trip based on the dicount which I got for my unsetisifed transfer. They sent me a qoute which is 60% higher (146 Euro) than other compaines (Suntransfers.com 92 Euro) and when I sent them the offer I got they try to much the same price but no 15% discount is offered to me! So, all in all I had very unpleasnet experiance with this company and I gave them the posibillity to fix it without any luck! Me, it is last time I use this company for any transfer.

Terrible experience in Milan. I booked this company after reading all the glowing reviews-especially about English-speaking drivers. We arrived in Milan Centrale train station and headed to the meeting point designated in an email-the "middle of the arrivals near the farmacia". On our way, I got a call on my mobile from the driver, who spoke very little english. I told him we were on the way to the meeting point and asked if he was there, and he said, "taxis" "outside". I tried to ask for more info, but he was useless and just repeated, "taxis". So, we went outside to the taxi rank and looked for him in the hot afternoon sun with all of our suitcases! After 20 minutes, I contacted the emergency number and told her what was happening. She confirmed the driver was OUTSIDE by one entrance near the farmacia, not inside where they said,. .We still couldn't find him outside (there are 2 entrances!), so we went to the Victoria's Secret kiosk and told her we would meet him there. After another 15 minutes, he finally showed up-an hour total of waiting/looking for him! This gave us an hour less to enjoy the evening in Lake Como, and running around in the heat was awful! We were going to schedule a return trip to Milan airport the following week, so I gave them a chance to make it up to us and give a discount on that, but they refused. We used City Airport Taxis, and they were terrific. She made the excuse that it was a colleague, not one of their drivers, and that the train station is "difficult". It would not be difficult if the driver waited by arrivals like they are supposed to instead of outside of one of the several entrances-or if they driver spoke English and could have told me over the phone where he was

My transfer booking was admittedly very last minute, however AirportsTaxiTransfers agreed to and gave me a quote for both my required journeys. They then failed to communicate at all whether either had been confirmed, to the point that I had to call them three times! I was told at one point that I'd hear back in an hour, then was never contacted, and then again that they would have to cancel as they couldn't find a provider for the taxis. They offered me a more expensive rate as they had "found a company willing to do the journeys for €10 extra" - which obviously wasn't true, because after I paid again (this time a higher price), the same thing happened - no confirmation email, meaning I had to call them, to then be told they didn't know yet - and then to eventually receive another cancellation "we couldn't find a provider" email - 20 MINUTES BEFORE I LEFT FOR THE AIRPORT! Unfortunately, this made the run up to my departure very stressful. I contacted another company in the end who confirmed my journeys straight away, providing me with contact details for each driver, both of which turned up exactly on time and provided excellent service. Unfortunately, I would not use AirportsTaxiTransfers again!!

They just really wait for one hour at the Airport and if you are late, they will charge you Euro25, no matter what, like me because of long queue of the immigration... If you are not sure you can meet the driver in one hour, just go for the taxi...

Driver did not turn up to collect us at the airport, the "emergency" numbers provided did not work and no-one returned our voicemails. We had to take an airport taxi to get to our destination which obviously cost more than the fare agreed with ATT. They eventually responded to emails a few days later to apologise and explained that there was a problem with the car. Did not explain why the emergency number went unanswered nor why we were not contacted on the day. Return trip was absolutely fine but loathe to use ATT again given the unacceptable level of service provided on arrival.

didn't turn up until i called the emergency number (which i had to call for over 5 minutes to get a response) driver turned up 30 minutes later, no apologies. average car nothing comfortable or classy.

Our arrival we found the desk which is quite a walk from our arrival terminal. It took a while for them to sort out on the pc where we were going, I showed them on my form and finally it clicked. The driver and the 1 that took our details told us to follow them. They led the way and talked to each other the whole way, occasionally looking behind to make sure we were still there. We walked almost back to where we started. My husband and I are in our 60's , Niether young man offered to help with our bags on the walk. We waited outside for an hour for the return leg, only after a cafe owner phoned the service was the ride sorted. They had our booking down as shared when we had booked private for both ways of our journey. If we return to Barcelona we would not use your service again.
