Driver hassled me multiple times to hurry to the pick up point very soon after landing, then wasn’t at the agreed pick up point when I got there. After 10 mins of calling and messaging to find out where they were with no reply, I finally find out that they’re in the car park so I have to go to them. When I get there I find out that the child seats I’ve paid extra for are not there and the driver knows nothing about it. Very poor experience.

Great service drivers arrive on time the driver was helpful and helped with loading the bags onto the vehicle. I recommend them. And ordered them for all transport to and from Airport.

They were delayed by 10 minutes, then I called the emergency number and they informed that the taxi would pick me up in “a few minutes” which became another 18 minutes. So, almost 30 minutes delayed due to high traffic (as per their explanation). Nowadays traffic conditions are easily predictable. A 10 minutes delay is acceptable, but 25/30 minutes is not. The car was really good as well as the driver.

we made a bad experience with ATT at NYC JFK Airport. According contract the total waiting time is 1h45 Minutes. Our driver quit the job 1 minute after that time, means 1 minute tolerance. This is really annoying after 9 hours flight and 1h45 at customes. We got to know that at JFK such a long transaction time seems to be normal. So this service cannot be booked for JFK, it's not reliable a guaranteed waiting time of 2 1/2 hours would be necessary. We than used a normal yellow cab which was at the end almost the same price. The ATT driver we had to pay additionally. Best Regards, René

After arriving in JFK airport (admittedly early) we were left waiting an hour and a half for the taxi! There was a problem with our phone connection on arriving in New York, so we couldn't contact the company. But if the driver had been where he was supposed to be, when he was supposed to be there, we wouldn't have had a problem. It was freezing cold in a packed airport, and we were standing outside trying to find him, and then we had to pay him an extra $25 ! For his overtime he said! Never again!

The first part of our trip was great- very professional and safe driver. Our return flight was canceled due to weather and the “emergency” number was never answered. I called and called and just was placed on hold each time for over 30 minutes with no answer. No refund given bc it was less than 24 hours notice. They wanted an additional $45 to change our drive plans to the following morning which seemed so silly. Worst of all, the company never told our driver it was canceled. He still had us on his itinerary to pick us up after we canceled 10 hours earlier. ATT’s customer service is very poor. Will not use again.

If going to book make sure you book your collection time from airport for an hour after your arrival. As they will charge you for waiting. Take a stronger coffe and a stick to keep driver awake as ours was falling sleep on return trip

I booked a transfer from CDG in Paris. The good: the driver was there on time, and got me to the right place (almost, he had the street number 16 instead of 19, no big deal, just across the street). The bad: I don't know why the driver would assume I speak any French. He kept calling me as soon the plane landed. And why he would assume I have local cell service. The free wifi at CDG is spotty at best. Finally he wised up and started texting and with Google translate we found each other. Also, they wanted cash. That's my fault, in part, for the oversight, because the ATM at CDG all charge an exorbitant fee. I ended spending almost $90 for a $58 ride. Lesson learned.

The driver refused to provide a receipt for his services and insisted upon cash payment, referring us to the company for an electronic receipt. The company claims it is unable to do so because it has not been able to verify the expense with the driver and shows little interest in pursuing the matter. So, I'm unable to provide receipts to my employer. Furthermore, the driver charged us 99 euros for an airport transfer on the grounds that we did not meet him until just over an hour after our flight was scheduled to land. While I certainly respect the need of the driver to be compensated for time spent waiting, one would think that the one-hour waiting period would not begin at the time of scheduled touch-down for an international flight, given the time it takes to collect luggage and clear passport control (the lines were extremely long). It would make more sense for the clock to begin ticking 20 or 30 minutes after the flight's scheduled landing.

Still waiting for our cab, having landed an hour ago, and having been stood at the meeting point for half an hour. No phone calls answered and erratic communication by text with little information and poor excuses. Underwhelmed.

We booked transfer from Cologne to Frankfurt Airport via website at 268 Euro on Oct 18, 2022. We want the driver to pick up on Oct 22, 2022. At 11.30 AM. After that we didn’t get any confirmation until another day. We have to Email to ask them. Oct 20, 2022 in the evening, we got the message that they can not find the driver with the same price(268 Euro), they said they find another driver at 336 Euro. We have no choice because it’s the last day. So, we confirmed them. After that, at 11.30 PM, they told me the driver is not available. They canceled us in the last minutes at around 11 PM before pick up time 11 hours.

These people are unreliable. Have booked 2 return transfers from completely different countries & twice they have not picked me up from the hotel for the return journey. This is very annoying, stressful and a complete rip off. No offer of a refund, no apology, no compensation. I cannot recommend using them.

We booked a return from Charles de Gaulle to Chantilly. The first trip was fine but the return was not. When I called the driver he knew nothing about the booking. He arranged a different driver who found us after some confusion but he then looked at and talked on his hand held mobile instead of concentrating on the road.

Booking process was good. Drivers were on time however the return journey was a very unpleasant experience and totally unprofessional which is such a shame.For the return journey I cannot give 5 stars.

Picked up at Faro Airport, no problem, left stranded at the hotel early hours, waited for the vehicle was told, the driver was at the airport. Needed to make my own arrangements, nearly missed my flight back to the UK. Won't be using again.

Airport transfer: Our driver was waiting as promised. However he spoke NO English, even though we were promised an English-speaking driver. Very curt not friendly. I would select a different transport company next time

My taxi driver didn't come to the airport in time. He didn't try to contact me, I have to call him where he is. He say that he will come soon, after a few miutes he send me an SMS that he has to change the tires. I waiting for plus 40mins to the taxi. I would like to get a receipt for the service he promise to send me to my email if I write it in SMS but i didn't get it and don't response my SMS. Also he didn't know where is the hotel I want to go and I have to show him the right way.

I recently booked with Low Cost Airport transfers for a trip from Lisbon airport, Portugal to the Czar Lisbon hotel in Lisbon. The service from the airport to hotel was great and excellent driver. However our return journey was very different. I was sent an email by Airport taxi transfers the day before our flight home saying our taxi would be at the hotel at 1pm, the time it was booked for. We waited outside the hotel from 1230 and by 1.10 it had not arrived. We called the telephone numbers as directed by the company if the taxi did not arrive on time. The first one repeated a message in a foreign language then went dead. I called the second number to be told there was not a booking with our name or reference number and was told to contact the taxi company concerned! We were not given them details of the taxi company. We told this person we had received an email the day before but he refused to help. Fortunately we were able to use a local taxi that was passing our hotel. I complained about this on our return and received this reply ‘ We have been liaising with your supplier about this complaint and our investigation has proved inconclusive. The supplier did not provide the required documentation within the agreed time frame and as a result this dispute has been resolved in your favour’ What on earth does that mean?! Not impressed and definitely would NOT USE this company again.
