I ordered a 16 seat bus and paid €162 for it. BUT an 8 seat van & a 4 seat saloon car turned up. 12 seats! not the 16 I wanted. If I had wanted a car and a van I could have booked them directly and paid €150. I wanted the larger vehicle for the extra space for luggage, for the passenger leg room and most importantly so the group would not be split up!
The drivers were very polite, courteous and on time. They can not be faulted
