Driver was very annoyed with our flight delay (she had flight details so could have seen that the flight would be delayed). Also at arrival, she had no sign, so was very difficult to locate her.
She called and said that she could not find us. Turned out that she was trying to gain time as she ordered a coffee while we were waiting for 10+ minutes for her.
Not a nice experience, would not really recommend.
