After arriving in JFK airport (admittedly early) we were left waiting an hour and a half for the taxi! There was a problem with our phone connection on arriving in New York, so we couldn't contact the company. But if the driver had been where he was supposed to be, when he was supposed to be there, we wouldn't have had a problem. It was freezing cold in a packed airport, and we were standing outside trying to find him, and then we had to pay him an extra $25 ! For his overtime he said!
Never again!
