They were delayed by 10
minutes, then I called the emergency number and they informed that the taxi would pick me up in “a few minutes” which became another 18 minutes. So, almost 30 minutes delayed due to high traffic (as per their explanation). Nowadays traffic conditions are easily predictable. A 10
minutes delay is acceptable, but 25/30 minutes is not.
The car was really good as well as the driver.
