“Awful service. Don’t use if have late flight, left waiting 30 minutes at airport with kids when your desperate to get to hotel. Poor start to holiday.”

“Worst experience ever!! I booked a transfer weeks in advance of my trip and confirm my arrival time with them the day before. I was a few minutes later than my expected time (10 minutes), which is reasonable. I went to the appointed spot. There were several drivers there but none with my name. I waited for close to 30 minutes and finally contacted their office, someone said they would look into it and get back to me. They got back and said someone would be there shortly. Well, about another 30 minutes pass and no driver. I contact them again and got the same response, saying they would check it out. Now there telling me about another 5 minutes or so. After a while they tell me to go to the car park and find the driver at level 3 row A. Really? Now I’m expected to find my driver. After a while I finally find the location but there are several cars there waiting, so who’s my driver??? I have to contact them again to find out what car is for me. I get a description of the car and finally 1 hr. and 30 min. later I get my pick-up. I’m an 80 year old man and in a strange airport, I’m tired after traveling several hours from the US, I depended on someone to be there for me and this was the kind of service that was provided. I can’t believe this is what they were able to furnish… total incompetence. You might get lucky, but I certainly wouldn’t use them If I were you!!”

“Absolutely disgusting company. We were booked to be picked up at midnight with our 4 children. There were general problems with passport control, i.e. long queues. They left after 59 minutes claiming they couldnt wait any longer. They didnt answer their emergency number to allow us to request an extension of the 1 hour wait. They left us with a 4 year old child in the middle of the night with no transport. Disgusting, inhumane company.”

“Very disappointing experience with JAGS Tours and Travels. My flight was delayed by 45 minutes and landed at 6:15 PM instead of 5:30 PM. I messaged my driver, Jules, right away to let him know I had landed, and kept him updated the entire time — including when I was done with immigration (around an hour later, which is normal for the DR) and on my way out with my luggage. Despite being in constant contact with him the whole time, he left just minutes before I arrived at the pickup point, because the company told him to go. This is completely unacceptable, especially since their own contract states they wait a minimum of 1 hour after landing, and only consider it a "No Show" after 3 hours. I was nowhere near that timeframe. I had to book and pay for another taxi myself, after a long flight, with no support from the company. I'm still waiting for a refund for the taxi or the amount I already paid. Would not recommend if you need a reliable, on-time airport transfer.”

“We had a transfer today from Tirana to Himare with Alban. Couldn’t fault Alban at all, was very accommodating, polite and made the trip so easy for us. Would highly recommend this company and Alban for future transfers.”

“terrible service and communication 😡 take your money left 10 adults and 6 young kids at airport stranded no back up plan by company !! lucky it was on arrival so taxi were out front put hard to get them to understand where we were staying private villa 😡bus due at 13.15 text came 13.30 ish saying unforeseen circumstances!! got hold of someone they said traffic accident which we found out to be a lie 😡anyway during holiday checked to make sure they were turning up for bus back to airport yes was the reply all was ok 👍 but 48 hours before due fly back home after a phone call made by us a text come through your return bus has been cancelled with full refund 😡 no good to us with 16 and 6 young kids 😡 PEOPLE DONT USE THIS SERVICE VERY POOR AND UNRELIABLE LET DOWN AT LAST MINUTE LEFT STRANDED WITH 6 YOUNG KIDS 😡😡😡😡”

“Booked for a minibus transfer from Alicante airport arrived at 13-15 10 adults 6 children went to arrivals no minibus then had a text message cancelling left stranded had to get 4 taxis. Was assured return joinery all ok rang 48 hours prior to be told Cancelled AGAIN had to arrange transport if I hadn’t have rang i am pretty sure we would have been left stranded AGAIN they have refunded money but this is not the point when you have 6 young children and left stranded with very little communication. DO NOT USE”

“Sadly the taxi serve did not read the reservation properly and tried to take me to the wrong destination. Once pointed out, the driver rectified this. Clearly the taxi office needs to do their job more carefully. Excellent driver and lovely car. Shame about this problem which spoilt the experience”

“Even when we were delayed coming through passport control the driver was still there waiting. So polite. So helpful. Then I needed to change the time on return and they did it within 10 mins and messaged me to say it was sorted. A first class service from start to finish. Will defo use them again. 100 percent”
