“Great service, would have been outstanding if our driver wasn’t 40 minutes late for pick up from the airport. Other than that the service and drivers were friendly, cars were spotless.”

“Booking was very efficiently handled and our driver was first class. Toronto airport was chaotic and we were delayed by passport control and baggage collection. Our driver was very patient and updated us on where to meet. The traffic into the City was also extremely heavy but he was still extremely friendly and very informative about the City and places to see. Would happily use again. Very much recommend the service”

“The original reservation was canceled, and a new one was offered at a higher price, which I accepted. After a 15-minute wait we used the emergency line because we arrived at the location earlier than the driver expected (The plane landed earlier, we only had carry-on luggage, and the immigration process was very quick). The gentleman on the emergency line immediately handled the situation. It was a coincidence, but the driver was just arriving during the phone call. After that, everything went smoothly; the free water and Wi-Fi connection in the car were a pleasant surprise. On the return trip, we had to use the emergency line again because the driver was waiting at a different location. The line was functional again, everything was clarified, but we lost 30 minutes due to that and heavy traffic. Fortunately, we still caught the plane without any problems. Even though the vehicle was from the same company (ELIBOL VIP), we were not offered any water, and this vehicle did not have Wi-Fi. Despite everything, my experience with the service was positive; I am satisfied and will use Airport Taxi Transfers again next time.”

“Kom på tida, veldig bra👍🏻 Litt diskusjon rundt barnesete, men ordner seg. Første sjåfør kunne ikke engelsk, så litt vanskelig der. Men hun sjåføren som hentet oss snakket engelsk og kom med en minibuss. Så det var et stort pluss ette en uke med litt shopping. Godt fornøyd med servicen🤩👍🏻”

“Geboekt vanuit Nederland voor ons verblijf in Benalmádena. Chauffeur nam al contact op voordat we het vliegtuig uit waren dat we even een seintje moesten geven als we buiten waren. Zo gezegd zo gedaan. Netjes ons afgezet op het terrein van het hotel terwijl andere taxi's midden op de weg stopte om hun passagiers uit te laten stappen.”

“I reserved a vehicle for 12 adults and luggage, confirmation was received one day ahead thru WhatsApp. However, only one small car was arrived with 4 passengers maximum, when I asked the driver what happened, then the carrier notified me that there would be another bigger vehicle would arrive soon. The communication was not as good as the reservation from Heathrow Airport to the hotel. Both drivers were great , I wish I got a better communication from the carrier so I could tell my friends and clients ahead of time.”
