“The driver was not in the arrivals hall as expected to meet us. Phone contact followed & arrangements made to meet outside . Hiccup on the return journey as scheduled driver had an accident where following our request the company arranged for another driver”

“What a great, easy experience! I've never pre-ordered a taxi, but what a nice experience we had, not having to go to the trouble of finding transportation when we got to the destination airport (dealing with all the companies coming at you to get you to choose them, etc.) He was just right there waiting for me! Wonderful!”

“Used this service for transfer from Narita airport to downtown Tokyo and back. Drivers were always on time, vehicles uses spacious and comfortable (Toyota Aplhard). For the return transfer my driver was a bit confused as there were two hotels of the same group less than 100 metres apart and he was waiting for the wrong one. This did not create any problem as I could communicate with him by txt message in English and he had arrived already 15 minutes before p/u time. Overall happy with this service, will use it again for my next business trip to Tokyo.”

“A la lecture des commentaires, Nous avons demandé une résa avec airport transfert pour nous rendre à l aéroport de Prague pour 7.20 (départ 2 h plus tard), n ayant pas d enregistrement On nous a imposé 7 h pour respecter les deux heures. La veille nous avons reçu un texto à 21.13 nous informant , prise en charge à 6.40 car travaux sur 1 km (un dimanche) et arrivée nécessaire 3 h avant alors que 2 h sur moyens courriers!!. Difficile de se retourner si tardivement. Nous avons accepté, assez dubitatifs en nous disant qu'il devait y avoir une autre course derrière.. Le taxi est arrivé à 6.37. le chauffeur est descendu pour vérifier notre nom juste un Bonjour. Trajet effectué en 15 minutes vitesse jusqu'à 143kms/h et pas déposés devant l aéroport!! Dommage pour cette compagnie mais nous sommes restés sur un avis très négatif. Le prix est un critère soit,la sécurité Aussi”

“Super Service. Obwohl wir sehr kurzfristig gebucht hatten, hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Durch den Kontakt vorab über WhatsApp mit dem Fahrer fühlt man sich gut aufgehoben. Könnte etwas günstiger sein. Buchen wir aber jeden Fall wieder.”

“I have to say that this booking was superbly dealt with by the taxi driver. We arrived at Prague airport and the new entry system was a nightmare. The queue was 3 hours long. Eventually, we were told that as business class passengers, we could use the Diplomats lane so we queued for a little under 1 and 1/2 hours. I asked the driver to wait and I would pay him more and bless him - he did - what a nice guy. We tipped him $40 for being a decent guy.”
