“Absolutely shocking. Airport collection at Malaga was not booked in - even though we had paid advance. Was waiting almost 2 hours. Even worse - no taxi arrived for return journey, despite receiving confirmation email the day before and me asking them to confirm all ok due to experience upon arrival. After 90 mins waiting and communicating with help centre who confirmed driver was 10 mins away ..50 mins later .. we eventually had to cancel and book local taxi. Have submitted claim for refund. We nearly missed our flight.”

“Definitely not the best service to use when travelling. First of all our flight was delayed taking off, we didn't have to give any details about when we were scheduled to land, just the flight number to the driver, but we gave constant updates of when we were taking off / landing. We arrived at our destination airport and had to go through passport control and everything else you have to do when you arrive, again kept in touch with the driver, the queues were ridiculous but it was completely out of our control, we were about an hour in the queue and the driver said he couldn't wait any longer because we went over the " 1 hour limit" of the business' rules, which again is completely out of our control, maybe the rules need to be changed on that. The driver was completely rude, and when i rung him said he couldn't understand English but was texting me perfect English on Messages. Got in touch with the head office and they were again, not very helpful. So we had to find our own way to our destination. Going back to the airport, the driver was on time, not completely friendly / helpful and we had to wait for him for 10 minutes while he finished his cigarette? Then most of the time we were on a motorway he was on his phone, swiping, texting and not concentrating on the road at all which made us all feel unsafe and motion sick. We won't be using this service again, and we don't recommend.”
