La recensione si riferisce all' Ireland Transfers. Il servizio è stato assolutamente perfetto. Sono felice di lasciare questa recensione perché veramente meritata. Il nostro autista Rizwan Irfan è venuto a prenderci in aeroporto e ha aspettato oltre mezz'ora a causa del ritardo del volo. Anche il transfer hotel-aeroporto è stato ottimale. Puntualità e professionalità sempre. Consiglio vivamente.

No one showed up at the airport in San Juan to pick me up and no one answered the phone number given to me when I called for help. The What'sApp number was a Bot. Had to dispute the charge with credit card company.

My flight departed from Lisbon and landed in Rome at approximately 12:10 a.m. We had a problem with one of our bags, which did not make it onto the plane and remained in Lisbon. By the time we managed to resolve the issue, it was 1:17 a.m., and your driver simply said he was leaving at 1:15 a.m. and did not respond further. I had to hire another transport at that time of night, with four small children, at that time of the night. They have in website conditions that 60 minutes of waiting time is included, and in the event of lost luggage, to report it and not leave the location. Not only did the driver not respond to me, but the emergency number also did not respond to my messages. So, if you have any hazard with your luggage ir flight you can forget your money because they wont refund you or either help you to find a solution.

Airport taxis did not even show up for the pick up time. Then calling them I was “dis-connected” 6-7 times. The operator was rude on three of the conversations. I specifically asked for a 12 pick up because we were traveling with kids with checked bags. There is NOOO way to get to the door within 20-30 min. Furthermore they lied saying we tried to contact you. No you didn’t or I would have messages or missed calls. Oh wait there’s more. They told me to cancel the service because they have a 24 hour cancelation policy and non refundable. In my reservation it literally said 12PM not pick me up 20-30 min after the plane lands. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, hopefully you have been warned enough!

This was worse experience in taxi transfer to accommodation!!! I booked a transfer for my son and his family which he has one child who is autistic from Tenerife south to there hotel in Costa Adeje ! There were hold ups at airport for everyone as the introduction of finger print ID so they were slightly delayed,when they arrived at geo transfer desk the staff were very rude and refused them the transfer ! They ended up paying out €60 for a taxi,so you can understand my anger! Very unprofessional and please think twice about using AIRPORTTAXITRANSFERS as they have declined refunding and we were speaking to another family while in Tenerife who experienced exactly the same !!!

TERRIBLE! Do not use! Driver did not show up to take us to our flight home in Tromso despite €150 payment being taken - we very nearly missed our flight. He messaged me on whatsapp (I did not consent for my number to be given out) and I confirmed a 5am pickup (flight at 0725) but they did not arrive. He messaged saying that he was sending two cars instead of the minivan we booked and neither of these arrived. He ignored my three attempts to call him and lied about how nearby the driver was, texting that he was 4-5 minutes away at 0526 - no cars at 0546. Instead we were forced to wait outside for 47 minutes in -8C weather! Personnel on the phone (I spoke to Apple) were entirely unsympathetic and unable to arrange alternative ways for us to get to the airport and refused to pass me on to any other member of staff. This was extremely stressful for me and my family. I am absolutely disgusted by this complete lack of service and poor communication. I have started to try and get a refund but their complaints form doesn’t work! Thank god for the Uber that actually showed up within ten minutes or we may have actually frozen to death. I will be telling everybody I know to NEVER use this company in the future. You should feel ashamed of yourselves.

I booked 10 transfers in Brazil, Chile, Argentina - 7 out of 10 drivers were not contacting me, were not on time, were not in the right place, causing chaos everytime. It’s extremely frustrating for the paid price and bringing stress to the traveler.

We're not impressed with this company that subcontracted our airport transfers to Tropical AWAY in Punta Cana. I thought we would be dealing with only one company. When we got to the airport, we had to find the Tropical AWAY rep who was waiting at the 2nd Jet Lag restaurant but had failed to mention that to us. Initially, we pre-booked and asked for a minivan but somehow we got a cramped small car after waiting for at least 45 min at the airport restaurant. On the way to the condo, the driver made an unannounced stop at a convenient store for 15-min and didn't even say anything or asked if we needed anything. For the return to the airport, I selected a specific time to give myself ample time and not have to rush at the airport. The driver showed up 30 min late, then made a longer than I expected detour to a resort to pick up 5 more passengers under the pretext that their transport had a flat. I had to wait another 20 min. When I got to airport, there were now huge lineups for my airline baggage counter, then had to line up to go through security. I made it to my gate with only 15 min to spare before boarding. I paid for what I thought would be a direct transfer with no wait time, no rerouting for picking up extra passengers shenanigans. Having to deal with two different companies for a simple airport to condo transfer is a pain. I will try a different company next time and hopefully get a better and more transparent service.

Not good, Bob. Arriving in Puerto Vallarta, I had asked for a pickup at 1 - thinking that would give us plenty of time to get through customs. They changed my pickup time to plane arrival time+30 minutes. Took us an hour to get through customs and the driver insisted on $20 more for waiting so long. Worth it to get to my hotel. Then we have to walk a couple blocks to get to the car. For the return trip - I had requested an 11:30 pickup. 2 days before, I get a text from the driver that he will arrive at 12:30. I call him right away and he tells me he needs a text requesting a change, which I send immediately. He confirms that he will be here at 11:30 on the next day. 11:30 rolls around - no car. I text - no response. I call - doesn’t go through. I call again - phone rings, but no answer. I ask the hotel clerk to help me reach out to the ‘emergency’ number on the ticket. Call will not go through. Same for their WhatsApp number. So we hire another taxi and pay twice for one ride. These guys may be fine at other airports, but do not use at PVR. Also - you need to add a zero-stars option to the review page - one is way too much.

I can only say that the service was really bad. I really do not recommend this company. I received confirmation that the driver would be standing in the waiting area with a sign with my name on it. They had all the information about when the plane would land and were keeping an eye on it. No one is waiting for us. They inform us that another company will pick us up who is not keeping an eye on it at all. There is no one on site. We call the emergency number, where the person hangs up. Chats on Whats App with the new company who is not keeping an eye on it. In the end they have forwarded it to Bolt. This meant that we were delayed for an hour, terrible service. We were finally promised a compensation of £15 but they have not been paid. There is no need to pre-order a taxi from Gatwick. There are excellent communications from there

Sent my daughters to London England and the driver tracked the flight (3 hours late) and was there for them right when they exited the airport. Gave me a huge sense of relief especially after an overnight flight!

The worst experience of my life. We booked our airport transfers for Paris from airport to the hotel. We booked for 11 ppl however they sent one car for 6 after waiting for over an hour. I refused to pay as we had to take two more taxis to get to the hotel. The driver harassed me to the point he followed me to my room and the hotel had to intervene. I messaged the number that was given on the email, they were extremely rude and refused to help. However I paid and then the taxi company took the money from my account too! I called airport transfers to help, and I am still waiting with no reply. Please do not book through them as they assign random cab companies. Very disturbing experience.

This is a great service and the reservation process was easy. Driver communications via text were great and made the experience personable and less stressful. The only recommendation I would have is to make the site easier to find with a google search while looking for travel options from the airport. I found it but it took some digging. Once I found the service, it was wonderful! Would definitely use again if coming to town.
