“If I could put down zero stars, I would. The driver contacted me to say he was having car trouble while I was in the air. No other arrangements were made to meet me and no one answers the emergency number. Worst experience.”

“We arrived in Malta airport early hour 1.30am . The guy was waiting for us with our name . He was surprised there was 5 of us , but he kept waking to his car . His car was not for 4 passengers. We had 4 adults and 13 year old . Our hotel was 30-40mins away . I said the car was not big enough for us . He got very angry and said he was there the night before too for us ? I showed him the WhatsApp chat between myself and Maddie who was the person who got in touch with me via WhatsApp when I booked . I sent her my flights details as requested. I can’t understand why they were there the night before too. They obviously got mixed up themselves as our flight arrived at 1.15am . The driver was very annoyed with us which is shocking really as we did nothing wrong only tell him we were not happy as 5 people to sit in a car for 4 people. He then left us !!!! We had to arrange an uber then . Very bad behaviour and huge safety concerns as he wanted us all to travel in a car that did not have enough seats . We never received a refund . I made several complaints but they have been ignored.”

“ATT was by far the best priced and the most professional and reliable car service I’ve used. The hotel booked our transportation on the way in, our driver went to the wrong airport, got lost getting to the hotel and I was charged almost 3 times the price that I paid with ATT on the way back. My driver Hectar was early, communicated with me on WhatsApp, got us to the airport fast but safe. Will definitely use again! I did have an issue trying to book the arrival trip (which is why I resorted to the hotel booking it for me). The booking form wouldn’t process even I gave approval for the transaction on my credit card.”

“Absolutely brilliant pick up from Paris Beauvais airport yesterday. Our plane was an hour late taking off but the driver was so accommodating. Lovely conversation further enhanced the very pleasant and comfortable 90 minute journey. Would highly recommend. Thank you.”

“A 10 passenger van was reserved and received an SUV. Needed the extra room for someone in a wheelchair and crutches. The driver was a little early on the pick up which was great but then dropped us off in arrivals instead of departures. The person on crutches had to stand outside on one broken ankle and one sprained ankle as another person had to go to departures and get a wheelchair.”

“Thank you, Airport Taxi, for great service. The driver had communicated the day before with clear instructions, and he was polite and helpful. The car was comfortable and spacious. As first-time visitors to Switzerland, we wanted no hassle getting to our hotel, and we were very pleased with our transfer from booking to arrival.”
