“Delhi airport to hotel Would have given 5/5 Unfortunately driver was not at airport to meet us as he said he was stuck in traffic . Had to wait 30 for him to arrive . Driver himself was very pleasant and drove us safely in what we would describe as challenging traffic !”

“I requested a transfer on February 13 from the airport to the hotel. I clearly indicated that the arrival time was 23:15. You can review the confirmation for the date. The driver, Terry, made a mistake by arriving at 11:15 AM. That's 12 hours before my arrival time. He later cancelled my ride. I paid for it and did not receive a service due to a mistake on your side. I followed up with a complaint but have not heard back. This is a horrible experience to find find a new ride late at night and no communication from your company. I will not recommend your company to any body visiting Hong Kong. My reference No. JA1252670167”
