“Taxi from Prague airport to old town, should cost around 25 euro, I was charged 70 euros with no receipt or meter in the taxi, a complete scam by a bunch of theives.”

“The driver did not turn up for my airport transfer and told me might be half an hour late!!! They could not send another one! But offer refund! Never had such a bad experience!!!”

“Very disappointing customer service Very poor experience. We realized there was an issue with the date of our booking and contacted the company by email as soon as possible to ask if it could be changed. They didn’t even bother to reply or acknowledge our email. We had already paid for the service and were simply trying to find a solution, but received absolutely no assistance. Mistakes with bookings can happen, but completely ignoring a paying customer who is trying to resolve an issue is unacceptable customer service. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this company, especially if you need any kind of support or help with your booking.”

“The transportation service was booked at Puerto Vallarta Airport, Mexico. While a higher price can be justified for a professional taxi service with a pre-arranged pickup, that was unfortunately not the experience we received. Instead of a convenient pickup, we were required to walk approximately 10 minutes in very hot and humid weather. The service cost around €90 per taxi, while regular taxis were available directly at the airport for approximately €10. Considering the significant price difference, the service provided did not justify the premium cost and offered poor value for money.”

“Mixed feelings. We booked around trip from Heathrow to London with a premium car. The first trip went well, nice car and good driver. The way back wasn't that smooth. Car was old VW, no air condition. Driver asked twice which terminal we are going, but drove us to the wrong one. Said that we need to pay 7£ for the drop of fee so he could take us to the right terminal, since it "was" my mistake.”

“We booked this company because no transfer was included in our package holiday. Pro: The driver was present when we arrived at the airport and he helped us get our bags into the car. The drive to our hotel in Bečići was smoothe and efficient Con: We had originally requested a pick up time when we booked the transfer. A couple of days before we were to go back to the airport, I contacted the company to ask for an earlier pick up. This was accepted. The morning we were to return, we checked out and were told the driver arrived even earlier than the agreed time and left because we weren't downstairs. This is when things got complicated. A summary: * I tried to phone the emergency number via WhatsApp but not one was answering * Hotel reception couldn't get through to the company * I tried phoning with the Montenegrin SIM card I had. Got an automated message in Montenegrin, which I cannot understand * Hotel arranged another taxi for us * While on the ride to the airport, I sent a message to the company with screenshots of our effort to contact the companv. The response I got was very unprofessional and rude. After some time, I was blocked (my final message did not get through). For all the effort, I have screenshots which I can provide if needed. The person who responded to me should be reprimanded for his/her unprofessional and rude behaviour.”

“We booked a taxi in Reus airport to our apartment we were staying. We had pre booked for taxi to have a baby seat as I was travelling with my 1 year old son. I advised them we were landing at 11:00 am from Dublin. The company rang my phone at 11 as I was getting off the plane. We were only 30 mins getting through security and collecting our bags. The taxi man left without informing us. We had to ring head office. We were horrified. We were told we had to get a taxi ourselves outside the airport and we had to put our 1 year old child on my wife's lap which was very dangerous. The whole point of us pre booking a taxi was for safety reasons. The company have charged us and yet to refund us even though they said they would. We will be taking this further with the company but I would advise any young families avoid this company like the plague. Absolutely disgraceful treatment.”

“The drivers were very good and kind. Before we arrived in Ibiza we received an email that said the driver would be waiting at the airport with a sign with my name. However, we got nervous because on the day before the return trip there was no such communication. A lot of anxiety could have been avoided with a simple email.”

“We found the price to be excellent, cheaper than a couple of competitors, the cars were clean and modern. Communication was clear and prompt. Both drivers were courteous and arrived at collection points on time and drove with care and got us to or destination in good time. The car seat for the 2yr old was perfect. Will definitely use them again.”

“Very easy to book. Price very good, as we were 5 adults, and one child, so cheaper way to travel for us, rather than use the airport airliner bus. Arriving at our destination, we had long waits at border control, but we updated the driver constantly. Driver was friendly, and all instructions for pick up, were easy to follow. Would definitely use again”
