“1st time user and was very happy with everything. Booked a return trip online and it was very smooth and easy. Great communication via email before we left the UK and then in Portugal. Drivers were very polite and helpful with our luggage. Pricing was very reasonable especially for a XL. Overall couldn't fault the service.”

“Easy booking system. I was contacted before my journey by my driver to introduce himself and let me know that he would be waiting for me when I came out of the arrivals gate. I was greeted by Juan, and we made our way the short distance to his immaculately kept car, where he assisted me to load my luggage into the boot. He was professional and courteous throughout the journey. I was relieved when the day before I was for to return home; Juan contacted me again to say he was going to collect me. On the day of my return, Juan notified me that he had arrived early, he sent me a photo of his location and that there was no rush. Overall, a very positive experience that has ensured that I will be using Airports Taxi Transfers whenever I need to arrange a private transfer.”

“My driver was early in collecting me from my hotel. He communicated this via what’s app and it put me at ease as I had an early flight that day. The driver drove me safely to the airport, communication to organise the taxi the day before was seamless and I was so impressed. I would HIGHLY recommend this service and I most definitely will be using this company again when I visit next year! Amazing, easy and swift service! Excellent all around!”

“Booked and paid for transfers to Alicante airport. Left us waiting for the taxi to turn up which never did. Tried ringing phone numbers they ignored and then text asking how can they help. Told me they accepted the booking by mistake and to get another taxi to the airport and ask for a refund and then blocked my number. Bad service for not telling me they mistakenly accepted it until it was late turning up. Will never use them again for Benidorm and will also be telling people travelling abroad to stay clear from this company. Who is to say i had more money to book another transfer”

“Manolis was our driver. Superb. Checked everything was ok... temp, music... you name it he checked. Very friendly, and gave us info of where to shop, chemist and supermarkets. Vital and saved us a lot of stress. The car was new in May. Electric range rover sized and style. Beautiful car. Felt very important being it. A lovely, friendly start to our stay. Saw Manolis the next day... and he not only recognised us, but asked how we were. Again... superb. Taxi on time. Clean and perfect. Would recommend.”

“The handling of this booking was completely unacceptable and demonstrated a serious lack of customer care. The driver failed to attend the agreed collection for our return airport transfer, leaving us with no alternative but to arrange and pay for a replacement transfer locally at the last minute to avoid missing our flight.To make matters worse, the website would not allow us to amend the collection time, despite the company automatically setting a pick-up time based on our flight details that left less than one hour before departure. We proactively contacted the driver via WhatsApp, who confirmed the revised collection time we had requested, giving us confidence that the arrangement was in place.Despite this confirmation, the driver did not arrive as agreed. There was no communication, apology, acknowledgement of the inconvenience caused, or attempt to resolve the situation. The complete lack of accountability and customer support following such a significant failure is deeply disappointing.What is most concerning is not only the missed transfer itself, but the company's response afterwards. The absence of any meaningful resolution, compensation, or genuine remorse demonstrates a disregard for customers and their travel commitments.Based on this experience, I have no confidence in the reliability of this service and would strongly question whether it can be trusted to deliver on its commitments. I would not recommend booking with this company.”

“Appalling service. Booking site didn’t allowed to change pick up time - contacted driver, he confirmed new pick up time - he forgot - had to get transfer that cost 110 euros more. Contacted team - was told not our problem take it up with the driver”

“Hi we arrived at our destination but unfortunately one of our suitcases was missing, this made us late for our pickup. We thought the driver had left but after a phone call he turned up and drove us to our hotel eventhough we were 2 hours late. Excellent service would recommend.”

“We had pre booked and paid for transfer to and from our hotel for the week. Upon pick up our plane was delayed and we contacted our driver to let him know. He told us when he picked us up, if we had been 5 minutes later he would have left us! He knew our plane was delayed. Now onto a week later, day before departure I confirmed our pick up and the driver said he did not have us on his route and to contact main website. I did contact them with my receipt posted for a round trip fare. No answer for hours. I posted “ do I need to find another ride?”, no answer or “wait”. Finally, in attempt to get an answer I stated that if I didn’t get a response from them, they would not be getting a good review. Surprisingly, they responded immediately to me with “we do not respond to threats”. They said they didn’t have our ride in there even though I sent them the receipt they emailed me showing a round trip fare. After a lot of back and forth and rudeness from them, they never picked us up. Had to get an Uber (way easier) and lose out on our return trip money. Their communication was horrible, unless you threaten them. They could not communicate, very hard to understand what they were saying the one time the driver called. I would never use them again and I am pretty forgiving. All they had to do was honor our round trip full paid trip and we would of never had this problem.”

“Nos recogió el conductor en el aeropuerto 40 minutos tarde. Lo tuvimos que llamar y esperarlo. El conductor que nos recogió en el hotel para llevarnos al aeropuerto de vuelta, llegó tarde 15 minutos, con el nerviosismo que estoy conlleva y el retraso tan grande que habíamos sufrido ya en el trayecto anterior. Pésimo servicio.”
