“The service was good but we did ask the driver on the way to the apartment to stop at the place we had to pick up the keys, it was a couple of minutes away and he said it would cost us 15 euro to stop there for a two minute pick up. I always top the driver's anyway but thought it was a bit rude he'd asked and then proceeded to talk about money the full drive. But can't complain about the cars they were nice and clean maybe we just caught the driver on a bad day he was nice enough tho”

“Fantastic service, I was sceptical given it was so much money but it was worth it. I woke up the morning of with a text from the driver confirming the time and a photo of the car so I knew what to look for. He arrived 15 minutes early and text again to let me know. He got us to the airport in the time frame requested and very clean and tidy new van. Would definitely use again!”

“As first time customers we were a bit nervous about whether there’d be someone waiting for us and we hadn’t seen any reviews for the service from Florence airport. Our flight arrived early so we thought we would have to wait but our driver was there and we were at our destination in no time - we appreciated careful driving on the busy roads.”
