“|Re: ORDER #142998. The boots look good - thanks. But the free boot bag is missing. In place of "wooden shoe trees" (which i did not order) i have been sent a £10 voucher - which won't cover the cost the Chameau Boot bag on your website - costing £34.95. I am very happy to wait for the boot bag to come back into stock. Thank you.”

“The item I originally ordered (Hunt & Holditch Pre-Tied Satin) was unfortunately out of stock, but Emmie in sales did an exceptional job of arranging a suitable alternative item to be delivered in time for the event it was required for. Her customer service was fantastic, and all communications were swift, friendly and professional - a welcome change from the AI chat-bots many companies are using! The replacement item arrived quickly and is absolutely perfect - thank you Emmie! ☺ Overall, a fantastic experience, with excellent customer service and quality clothing.”

“Ordered the boots that were in stock on the 10th. Was notified this morning (22nd) that the boots were being returned back to A Farley. No idea why - looking at the tracking they got to a depot near by.”

“I ordered a pair of trousers online without noticing the '4-7 WORKING days' for delivery. 2 weeks in all to receive my items. I received the trousers and everything was good with no other issues, however I would not use this company again due to the dispatch times.”

We have looked into your order and can see your order was dispatched within the time frame and you received your order on the 7th working day. We appreciate your feedback and understand the importance of quick delivery. We are working hard behind the scenes to provide the quickest delivery time possible to our customers. We do offer 3 delivery time frames, depending on the product ordered. We have many items available on the next working day delivery service, and many items on our 3 - 5 working day delivery time frame. “The boots I originally ordered and paid for they did not actually have in stock so it was annoying that they took my money when they did not have the product. They did contact me to explain and offered an alternative. I did choose some different ones which arrived quickly. To their credit, they waived the extra £5 difference in cost. Would use again but check they have them in stock before paying”

“I am quite disappointed. I ordered a barbour coat and was informed on the web site that delivery would be in 8 working days on the website, this was however wrong and when I enquired delivery would take place in 10 working days. Then I received a furhter email stating that re-stocking from Barbour was delayed and my coat would not be with me until around the beginning of May. When the beginning of May arrived and I had not received my coat I sent a further email stating that I had not received any further updates regarding delivery, to which a day later I received a notification stating my delivery was on its way but no email apologising for the delay. The whole process from ordering to delivery took over a month. In my opinion not good customer service.”
