“I recently purchased a pair of men’s Ariat waterproof boots which my partner is extremely pleased with.I have to say the Customer Service has been second to none as I had a query on delivery and this was addressed in a most professional way, carry on doing what you are doing giving 100 percent to your customers well done from a very happy customer”

“Placed two orders, one arrived late and second order still has not arrived. Likely to arrive two weeks since order was placed rather than 3-5 days as quoted. Company seems to have issues with suppliers. Kayleigh from the customer service team has been very helpful though, only reason review isn’t 1 star.”

“The order wasnt in a package, only the dpd bag and the item was covered in what looked like sawdust. I needed it as a present so didnt have time to return...had to pick all the dust from it which took a long time. There was no invoice or anything with it.”
