“I bought a pair of deck shoes after reviewing the order a day later I realised I had ordered the wrong size called customer service and the size was changed for me very polite and efficient could not have been bettered”

“Ordered some Ariat boots as a birthday present a week before I needed them . My order was confirmed and emailed to say delivery would be confirmed. A few days later had an email that the boots had sold out and I would have to wait for 2 weeks and as an apology I would have my delivery refunded. My delivery was free as boots were over £100. The communication from customer service was sporadic, and they offered me a complimentary gift . My boots arrived 2 weeks later without the complimentary gift , so another email sent . My gift was a water bottle!”

“I ordered a pair of full zip le chameau in size 42 but found they was larger than my old boots 42 . So ordered a 41 which fit perfectly and are so comfortable. I sent the 42s back using a dpd drop off point. The whole process was straightforward and call customer support a few times they were most helpful and friendly. Would recommend them and purchase from them again”

“The buckle we received is very well made but unfortunately we ordered the gold & silver version but we received the silver buckle . We emailed the company but are still awaiting a reply . So hopefully we will get the matter resolved soon”

“Great to deal with and goods arrived within an acceptable timescale. My only issue was the lack of packaging for a pair of trousers costing almost £150. In fact there was no additional packaging other than the DPD bag which to my mind was unacceptable. The trousers were quite creased.”

“ARIAT Boots - Womens Terrain H20 Zip Waterproof - Palm Brown. These boots are extremely comfortable. I can wear them for any distance from day 1. I don't get blisters or sore feet and need to wear them in. I can highly recommend them. The only negative I would have is that the front zip is very stiff and has got stuck a couple of times. So I am keeping my fingers crossed that the zips don't cause a problem in the longrun. However, time will tell. From new, they are absolutely fine apart from stiff to do up and undo.”

“My order arrived intact, correct and I'm very pleased with it. It's almost churlish to offer a criticism but I do have a couple. Farleys are slow to get orders out. It will take the five to seven days they say it will so be prepared to wonder if your order is coming. It is, but this is not Amazon. Secondly they do regularly make promotional offers which you think might apply to you but they rarely do. Overall this is trustworthy company that you can order from in confidence but don't think that your item might arrive in time for that event if you've left it to the last minute.”

“We had a few issues with 2 orders, but Farley realised their mistakes and made amends, which was reassuring and why I intend to return again. Thank you for your perseverance and understanding. What i would say is that the company was badly served by dpd in this matter and serious thought should be given to changing to another...”
