“I ordered a Barbour jacket for my husband's birthday, which he was very pleased with, however the delivery took almost 3 weeks and it wasn't here in time for his birthday; had it not been for his birthday it wouldn't have mattered so much. The price was good and delivery was free, the jacket arrived well packed and in good condition.”

“Good service overall but took too long to refund. The company stated by email it would take longer than usual due to it being a peak trading period, but if this is the case, it should be planned for. But overall this is a good service and is friendly. Just some feedback to maybe take on board. The delivery came very quickly and it was a shame I couldn’t keep the shoes due to the size. I would use this service again for sure.”

“Very well made and brilliant in wet and windy conditions. Be careful to follow the washing instructions as I destroyed the liner in my previous one by tumble drying. It says it all that I promptly bought a replacement.”

“Don't expect anything to happen quickly with this business. They will take your money as soon as the order is placed and then take up to 7 days to deliver! This is poor when compared to businesses like Charles Tyrwhitt, who will take your order on day 1 and deliver on day 3. All at the same charge as Farley Country Attire.”
