“I ordered my Barker Wallis Deck shoes to go on holiday. They were ordered on 09 June 2022, and I expected them to be delivered within six working days as per the A Farley website, hoping they would arrive by the time I went on holiday on 17 June 2022. A telephone call to them on 13 June resulted in being told that they would tell their warehouse I was going on holiday, and request that they be given priority. furthermore, I was informed that if there was going to be a delay, I would be informed, but I was not contacted.. Not only were the shoes not received in time for my holiday, but they did not arrive until 21 June 2022, twelve days after the order was placed, which, I feel is unsatisfactory, and, I have to say, not my experience of A Farley, in the past.”
