“Item arrived promptly but box was very damaged and shoes had mark on them. Returned as too small, same day, but yet to receive refund nearly a week later.”

“Excellent service there was a problem with the size I ordered not being available Farleys took the time to phone (it took two calls) and advise on an alternative size and still dispatched for next day delivery.”

“I have called your Company several times, as I have a pair of trousers which have been sent to me, which I wish to return, as wrong size and not the material I wanted. I have no order number for the trousers and don't believe I've ever been given one. Every time I phone, I am told I am number one in the queue and then after holding on, I'm cut off. I would like to speak to someone, before sending the trousers back, as you say I need an order number to return them. I am feeling somewhat frustrated. My home phone number is 01206 337286. “Really fast service, kept informed of delivery status all the way through with DPD. Shoes were gorgeous and so well made as well as beautifully packaged but sadly they had to be returned as they were too tight for me.”

“My order was accepted and I heard nothing for 6 days. I called and was told it was out of stock and I had been sent an Email telling me this and it would be delivered the following week when the new stock arrived. I never received any E mail. To be fair I did receive the order the following week but the communication could have been better.”

“Still waiting for correct size shoes. Ordered and paid for a 44.5 and received a 42.0 size. Sent back by returns system. Email sent but no reply. Tel no constantly engaged. Mistakes happen so benefit of doubt applies.”

“Shoes took a week for delivery which was a bit annoying as showing in stock and paid for next day delivery as it was a present. Farleys got in contact to say that there would be a delay, so good communication. Have ordered from them again.”
