“I was surprised to find my size in a sale. They have usually sold out. When I ordered, I was quoted delivery within 4 - 7 working days. My order was acknowledged on 12 July. By 21 July, nothing had happened so I emailed to find out what was going on. The response was casual and uninterested. The trousers did arrive a few days later, and were as ordered, but I am unimpressed with cutomer service. Update: Following the posting of this review I was contacted by Customer Services who apologised for not keeping me fully up to date with shipping progress. I am happy to upgrade my rating.”

“The service is fantastic- A++++! I had an issue with my original order and A Farley customer service team came back immediately and got it sorted out right away! They also gave me updates which is rare for online shops these days, I will definitely be using them again. The products are very high quality and would recommend this shop to everyone!”

“So I was looking to purchase a waterproof jacket, one that I could rely on to keep me dry, look and feel great, all within a 7 day timeframe. I ordered a Ridgeline Torrent. However; I quickly received an email saying that they were no longer available. A Farley gave me the option of a refund or choose an other make of jacket. Clearly disappointed I chose another make Hoggs of Fife KinCraig. I was soon aware that something may be not right, so I contacted A Farley. All be it I was happy with the individual who I spoke with, I wasn't happy with the long dispatch date and not being kept in the loop in relation to the replacement order. So I told the customer service lady that I wasn't happy with the service and left it at that. Within 10 minutes I received a call from Phoebe the Team leader. She defused my unhappiness and displayed great, caring customer service intervention.(Stopped me from writing a 2 star review) She said that my order would be with them within 24 hrs and then she would make sure I received the jacket the following day . That's exactly what happened. Phoebe called me to let me know that the item was with DPD and was there anything else she could do to keep me as a happy customer. I'm absolutely over the moon with the jacket and the service that I received from A Farley staff (I initially wasn't happy) A Farley a great, fair and caring family business, one to cherish indeed. Highly recommend. I have since had to use the jacketin the rain and it was everything that I wanted plus more. Finally I had a further closure email from Phoebe checking that I was totally happy. From a very happy returning customer. Well worth 5 stars.”

“My shopping experience with A Farley was very postive. The jacket that I ordered arrived as confirmed and in good condition. Unfortunately I had to return it because the size was too small and will order a larger size.”
