“My product was good but unfortunately too big. However the return process is proving to be pretty poor. I paid for a DPD return on Thursday and have yet to receive any confirmation when the payment has been taken. Then a member of your staff has failed to get back to me today. This is disappointing and sadly means I’m put off buying a product from you again.”

“Had to chase up order on line twice, no communication after order was placed, difficult to get someone to answer the phone, poor online service.The staff on the phone very pleasant the first member did not sort my delivery out, it took the 2nd member of staff to finally get my order to be finally delivered.”
