“Brilliant service! I was unable to get any of the three Lincolnshire stockists of Dubarry to order a pair of Dubarry boots in my size. I have had 2 pairs in the last 25 years, so am very much a fan. You fortunately had a pair in my size and they arrived the next day together with a muddy boot bag included in their price. I am delighted with the boots and will definitely recommend your store to any friends. Thank you so much for your service.”

“I was disappointed that despite the order confirmation stating that my goods would be delivered within 10 working days, the parcel took 17 working days to arrive (in excess of three weeks). I did telephone the helpline who assured me that they would arrive as stated but I knew that this was impossible given the dates. Felt a little "fobbed off". Just glad I ordered so far in advance.”

“The product - Meyer Chinos - cannot be altered or affected by what the retailer does. Meyer is a good brand of Chino that I've relied on for many years. Where the retailer can affect things is engagement, communication and delivery. Compared to other retailers I use, they were not as good with engagement and communication and they missed their own delivery timescale without so much as a 'by your leave'. I emailed asking when I should expect the garments and didn't get a reply. Great garments, very disappointing on customer service.”

“I made the choice to purchase not one, but TWO beautiful hats from your company. Initially, the process went smoothly and I had great communication with 'emmie'. Howvwe, here we are SEVERAL weeks later and I still have NOT received my items!! I am sorely dusappointed and at this pointf feel as if Im 'over a barrel' with you'll. There is little likihood that I will ever do business with your company, again or give a recommendation to your company. I'm sad and dusappointed with you'll. Please try to improve your service performance to those of us who are not local!”

“Purchased the William Lockie Cashmere Shawl Cardigan from A Farley Country Attire. Delivery was prompt and kept informed about delivery times throughout the process. The cardigan is well-made and a great fit for me. I love the detailing and the soft feel of Cashmere. The garment tapers in at the waist nicely and is not baggy like I sometimes find with Knitwear. I take a 44" chest and a 32" waist. My height is 5' 11" and the length is perfect for me. I look forward to wearing this cardigan for years to come.”
