“Ordered a pair of denim trousers and when the parcel arrived the trousers were the wrong typed from what I had ordered The delivery service was good I returned the incorrect trousers and a lady rang me to ask why my review was low. After hearing my story she arranged for the correct to trousers to be sent. The correct trousers arrived 2 days later. The delivery set was excellent. I was kept in touch with the progress of delivery and my parcel arrived on timeAftet an initial set back everything turned out fine.”

“I ordered a Franco Ponti jumper for my husband for Xmas. He has a few Franco Ponti items and they are of excellent quality. He has had one slipover for more than 20 years and it is still wearing very well. The service from Farley is very good as item arrived in just a few days.”

“The range of clothes is great along with fast delivery. One disappointment would be the time it takes to get a refund? having returned part of my order due to size 2 weeks later I'm still waiting? in this modern age having to wait so long is poor. if I made my customers in my business wait this long they would not come back to me in the future. having asked for the refund via email I was advised it would happen but still no money? Disappointing.”

“Like style and quality of Meyer trousers but lack of 31” leg can be an issue. Noting the revised length based on metric sizes in the guide, I ordered both 30” and 32” and found the new 30” length suits me. Thanks.”

“After an Initial shaky start and delay - the gloves I purchased online was no longer in stock - I spoke with Amy and they were able to find a pair in a store and she got them sent to me very swiftly and in time to give them as a gift. Very impressed by her customer service. Thank you!!”

“Very poor service. Ordered over £700 worth of clothing which was short shipped two days later despite their confirmation that all items had been despatched . Phoned customer services who confirmed the error and promised to correct the problem. After almost a week, an item costing £350 still has not arrived nor I have I any despatch confirmation. Really really poor service and just not good enough. Will be contacting Farley tomorrow to cancel the order and place the order with a supplier with next day delivery.”

“My boots arrived fairly promptly which was fine. I had to return them and received acknowledgement of their arrival back. Unfortunately after 8 days no refund appeared in my bank account. I had to telephone customer services who said they would action this straight away. Such a shame this couldn't have been actioned without my telephone call.”

“Whilst I love Barbour I found the fit of the Beadnell Ladies coat to have a manly appearance. Looked more fitted in the pics. I have returned it this time but will keep looking for new coats when they come out.”
