“Unfortunately it took a long time to receive my order and not even an email from you saying it was late I received, and if I remember correctly I paid an extra amount for express delivery for that reason I leave two stars.”

“I ordered the Du Barry Roscommon boots on 6/12/21 and paid in full for my wife’s Christmas present. A Farley were out of stock and so were Du Barry. I agreed to wait, and was told that they may not be available until late February. They arrived last week and we were pleased. My wife wore them to a parish meeting on Thursday 3rd February and returned with a bloody right heel! On examination the boot had a leather lump in the inside heel that had caused the abrasion. On further inspection it was an obvious manufacturing fault that had not been discovered during any quality control examination, no excuse possible! The boots have now been packed for return by DPD. I have asked that a new replacement pair are sent asap. Del on time, month + late.”
