Always pleased with the service I receive and the flexibility that is applied when a revised quote has been required due to being offered a more favourable quote elsewhere

I had to make several calls to your office during the renewal of my insurance, as I required to effect a change to the Agreed Value of the vehicle, and had noticed some errors concerning my personal details on the documents, and wished to have these corrected. On the plus side, all your representatives with whom I have spoken have all been very helpful and courteous. However, despite having clearly indicated which details were wrong, and what the correct entries should have been, the policy documents were subsequently re-issued with the errors still uncorrected.

Your insurance quotes are double to other insurance companies for my new car. You would not budge on lowering the price. I was with you for many years and are very disappointed with your company

I am satisfied with your service but I will raise a couple of points. 1- when I first joined Adrian Flux there was no admin charge fee, 2- although I request my new car insurance documents be posted to me everyear, this is not done so therefore I make a phone call each time to remind them. This year the same thing happened and as I am on holiday in New Zealand at the moment I received no documents from Adrian Flux.

Been with A F for many years.On the whole its been a good experience. I have got a bit niggled sometimes when my renewals have come through at silly prices,but when you go on a comparison site and get it for half the price,they match it(or even beat it) but to be fair this last time there was only about a fiver increase from last year,so that was good. Had a bit of a bump recently(hit from behind) and I rang the claim line number and within a couple of hours they'd taken on the case and engaged a solicitor,but progress seems to have staled a little now. On the whole not too bad when you consider how poor some insurance companies are..

I have been with flux for years and WAS happy with their services until one day a truck from a huge well known logistics firm drove into ME whilst i was STATIONARY at some traffic lights! Then the hassle started once i got home and informed them... THEY insisted on the car must be picked up! Then suddenly they wouldnt give me a courtesy car, after several calls the garage that was doing the work could offer me a car, after NO contact from anyone in 2 weeks i rang them to be told its ok we will ring soon as we know anything a WEEK later i rang again where the snotty bird on the phone told me despite the witness statement i had sent in and all the drivers details i hadnt got a blue number or some rubbish that they must have to claim from foreign firms so basicaly my insurance was going to double in price til they could prove otherwise Despite me being STATIONARY when he drove into the side of my dirty great big landrover oh and btw when i finally had enough after 6 weeks i was told i COULDNT have my car back unless i paid for the recovery that THEY insisted on topped of finally with everything in the car been fiddled with and moved so no i wouldn't recommend flux to anyone!

We have all of our cars insured through AF and have for a number of years. I often have to query the quoted cost as it is higher than I could get online, and subsequently your staff find a lower quote or reduce the admin cost. All this is so frustrating and a waste of my and your time. I have recently posted a question about the best/cheaper way to insure a 17 year old driver. Your site says replies within 2 days.... I'm still waiting. Oh. One more thing, why can't I insure all of our vehicles together on one policy. (2 daily vehicles and 2 to 3 classic vehicles.) Surprise me and send a reply. I always receive excellent service from Adrian Flux staff. They are knowledgeable, always polite and helpful. I am purchasing another vehicle and as I need specialist insurance Adrian Flux are my first choice. Well done and thanks.

When first took out policy was dealt with by a pleasant young man who appeared to be quite familiar with the vehicle (Land Rover). Premium quoted was quite acceptable. My only dislikes was being asked to resubmit details of modifications, even though none had been made, other than those already notified (when I first took out the policy) Also, not too happy that card details are/were retained for automatic renewal. Otherwise, no complaints.

Everything very slow. They rely on us old folk paying money year after year never making a claim. They then charge extra for agreed value and I am advised that it is worth nothing. A no claims discount would be better.

I have been insured with Adrian Flux for my kit car since building it about 25 yrs ago & have had no cause for complaint.Still competitively priced.
