I have often had to hang up and try later as they took so long in answering. EVERY change is £30. Polite staff, but the time o hold gets frustrating.

Reason for half of full stars That iv only just applied for car insurance yesterday Between buying policy and starting date Iv already been asked for proof of (ncb) and driver licence Today iv had phone call this morning saying that iv applyeds difference imformation on compare site where i told lady on the phone that they saw detail of my name with three different jobs and addresses So now my insurance are now at risks of being cancelled if i dont bring in proof of occupation and proof of address all just because i was being nosey on how insurance price fluctuated with different jobs and address Now because they seen that and now i got to prove that i work and where i live (It a joke) When your on comparison sites YOU ARE BEING WATCHED by these insurance people and these will affect your insurance if you put in different information So Adrian flux i want to make you aware i only done that for my data not yours So now im going have to stressed about to get these details before you cancel my policy

I took out my learner driver car insurance with this company at a very good price of under £40 per month. Everyone on the customer service end is lovely, kind and patient. However, I ended up being sent in multiple circles and completely ignored by email after I had passed my driving test. I was told that I could get a cheaper deal on car insurance after I passed because I went with them for my learner insurance however, when I called I was quoted nearly £200 per month! (Bearing in mind I checked online and it was exactly the same as what I was quoted). So I left and then found an insurer for the same cover for under £100 :)

Low price for car insurance in the first year.... but not the second year!

Competitively priced policy although I have never had to make a claim so cannot comment on how good the company is in a crisis. Did ask for an increased agreed value of £10k last year on my classic vehicle that I do not believe was confirmed.

I would be more likely to recommend adrian flux if every year they didn't put the price up even when you have not claimed.

Although very competitive for new customers, they do not provide long standing existing customers with their most competitive rate on renewal. They will price match but it would be nice for them to reward loyalty rather than have the customer chase round for the best quote first.

Classic Car Insurance. I think you are now lagging behind other insurers who now offer additional use at no extra cost, such as, use for occasional weddings/proms, occasional use for travel to work,....which is especially nice during the odd summer days. Some offer free breakdown cover. I've experienced twice in the last 10 years of holding a policy with you that I've had the premium reduced without hesitation, following obtaining a better quote from another insurer.....as a loyal customer, why am I not getting the best deal in the first place. I now have two classic cars and two family cars....why don't you offer a multi car policy?

Everything very slow. They rely on us old folk paying money year after year never making a claim. They then charge extra for agreed value and I am advised that it is worth nothing. A no claims discount would be better.

Been with Adrian Flux for years with my camper. Touch wood never had to put a claim in, its good to talk to someone direct, only gripe is the fee you have to pay when you renew, I mean its the same underwriter Trinity that have been used but you still have to pay a fee year in year out, I may shop round when due again to be honest.

I found it really annoying that when I have more than one insurance with you none show the detail ( ie car reg or house etc ) unless you open up the email to see. We have to trawl through the numerous emails to find the relevant document.

Having been with you for a good number of years, we were sadly very disappointed with your response when asking for a quote when we changed the vehicle. Firstly you require d £55 to tranfer the remaining two months of our insurance package to te new vehicle when the existing insurance cost was only £22 a month. Secondly your new quote was not even near a quote for exactly the same cover with a competitor. Thirdly we didthink your sales person was just adequate and when we said we had been with you for a very long time and really would like to continue with you but the quote was not in line with alternative quotes ,the response was dismissive. Perhaps next year as a NEW customer we may get a even better deal,

Had classic car insurance for 8 years now. To get the best deal, I always have to go elsewhere to get a better quote which you then match. The best deal, first time for loyal customers is what should be offered.

On renewing my Insurance for my kit car, which I'd held with you for many years as a specialist in the field - the premium seemed very high £400 - much more than I pay on a Aston Martin V8!!! So I shopped around, as you now have competition in the field & ended up elsewhere with a quote for £214 - almost half! So you seem to have gone the way of most other Car Insurers - out to take advantage of loyal customers - which is a shame!

I have renewed my Kit car insurance registration WAR950W with you now for the last 5-6 years more out of convenience and not having the time to shop round more than anything else. I think the current policy expires in August and i will definitely be comparing the quotation this year with alternative providers . The agreed value isnt where i want it to be at £17,000 as you couldnt replicate the vehicle or replace it for this amount and i have a colleague with a similar vehicle with a higher agreed value and lower premium. Perhaps you could look at my policy when it is due for renewal ?

Seems ok but why oh why do you always give me a renewal price which is way above the market price for the same insurance! every year I call up and say again you are to expensive and every year you reduce it by around £100. Why dont you just give me the best renewal price each time to save me a phone call??? Crazy!
