“I started as an Adrian Flux customer because I own a Japanese "grey" import and I was immensely relieved to find an insurer who wasn't running away screaming. Since then I've insured all my vehicles through them including my humble Peugeot and my camper. Always ready to help and always prepared to go the extra mile ( for instance I thought that one of my renewal quotes seemed a little steep so I shopped around for the cheapest quote and when I told A.F. they undercut it- cant fault them ). Well done keep it up!”

“I really hate that every year I get my renewal quote and after calling around to find a (much) cheaper price, Adrian Flux always matches the lowest quote I get. Why can't they just give me a low renewal quote and then I don't have to bother...? I think I'll be switching next year - It has just seemed easier to stay rather than sorting through all the paperwork up until now.”

“My only gripe is that every year I have to phone up & ask if the quote is the best they can do & then phone somewhere else & get a quote that Adrian Flux then do there best to match. They usually get close enough to make it worthwhile staying, but it is all a bit of a pain. Just give your best price at the outset & not after I've said i can get insurance cheaper elsewhere.”

“To date Adrian Flux have provided good value Insurance Quotations for a specialist car for all year and unlimited mileage. Renewal process has been simple and straight forward. I have not yet had to test them on their claims process.”

“I have been insured through Adrian Flux for over 5 years and found them to be both straight talking and professional in all dealings I have had with them. On occasions when I have sought check renewal prices elsewhere, they have proved receptive to discussion and equalled or bettered the competition on like for like proposals.”

“Although very competitive for new customers, they do not provide long standing existing customers with their most competitive rate on renewal. They will price match but it would be nice for them to reward loyalty rather than have the customer chase round for the best quote first.”

“Having received my renewal notice i saw there was a couple of things i would like to change and add like protecting my no claims and that i had fitted an alarm, so on calling adrian flux i pointed out to the lady i spoke to, the things i wanted to change. She in turn was able to amend my policy within just a couple of minutes without any fuss and then made my day even better by pointing out that she had been able to get my policy a few pounds cheaper even though i now had my no claims protected. they say it is often better to shop around, but i say just speak to the people you are with and as with me ,they can often surprise you. Adrian Flux i recommend to my friends simply because they offer good deals like included breakdown cover on all policies. They may not be the cheapest but the cover is reliable and you can count on them, unlike many of those fly by night companies whos policies are not worth the paper its printed on if you should ever need to claim. top marks to the lady i spoke too also. She was very polite and knew what she was talking about. See you next year.”

“Classic Car Insurance. I think you are now lagging behind other insurers who now offer additional use at no extra cost, such as, use for occasional weddings/proms, occasional use for travel to work,....which is especially nice during the odd summer days. Some offer free breakdown cover. I've experienced twice in the last 10 years of holding a policy with you that I've had the premium reduced without hesitation, following obtaining a better quote from another insurer.....as a loyal customer, why am I not getting the best deal in the first place. I now have two classic cars and two family cars....why don't you offer a multi car policy?”
