“could offer best price at time of renewal”

“I am satisfied with your service but I will raise a couple of points. 1- when I first joined Adrian Flux there was no admin charge fee, 2- although I request my new car insurance documents be posted to me everyear, this is not done so therefore I make a phone call each time to remind them. This year the same thing happened and as I am on holiday in New Zealand at the moment I received no documents from Adrian Flux.”

“over the years as being an adrian flux customer, i have been very satisfied with the service you provide. i have been with many insurance companies in the past , but it has to be said adrian flux comes up tops. long may it continue.”

“I have used Adrian Flux for many years mostly because they insure my Classic Mini which has been modified and therefore needs a specialist insurer. They also offer agreed value policies which is needed for a Classic car. They also insure my normal Daewoo and give me a good price on this each year but only after I have shopped around and found a good deal elsewhere which they then match. I would prefer to have the best deal offered in the first place.”

“always been very professional well trained staff , I have never had a problem insuring my classic cars, and when I finally bought my car for everyday use and not having a no claims bonus you came back with a very low quote which was very pleasing, now that's what I call looking after a valued customer. regards Anthony Stuart-Smith”

“As far as I'm concerned Adrian Flux have always been good. Having said that I have never made a claim, but their last renewal did go up but they did agree to match another quote.”

“Been with Adrian Flux for years with my camper. Touch wood never had to put a claim in, its good to talk to someone direct, only gripe is the fee you have to pay when you renew, I mean its the same underwriter Trinity that have been used but you still have to pay a fee year in year out, I may shop round when due again to be honest.”

“I found it really annoying that when I have more than one insurance with you none show the detail ( ie car reg or house etc ) unless you open up the email to see. We have to trawl through the numerous emails to find the relevant document.”

“Always given excellent service for my modified and classic mini's. Not as cheap as they used to be relative to other insurers but the policies can always be adjusted to match your requirements and agreed valuations are a great addition to classic policies.”

“Having been with you for a good number of years, we were sadly very disappointed with your response when asking for a quote when we changed the vehicle. Firstly you require d £55 to tranfer the remaining two months of our insurance package to te new vehicle when the existing insurance cost was only £22 a month. Secondly your new quote was not even near a quote for exactly the same cover with a competitor. Thirdly we didthink your sales person was just adequate and when we said we had been with you for a very long time and really would like to continue with you but the quote was not in line with alternative quotes ,the response was dismissive. Perhaps next year as a NEW customer we may get a even better deal,”

“Owners of Classic Cars do not have many options as most insurance companies do not want to deal with anything that is 40 years old. Adrian Flux does (thank you!) and so far it has been a good relationship.”

“Ive got a cobra and dealings with experts make a difference. When I got a double puncture the recovery was good. No problems on renewal”
