I am satisfied with your service but I will raise a couple of points.
1- when I first joined Adrian Flux there was no admin charge fee,
2- although I request my new car insurance documents be posted to me everyear, this is not done so therefore I make a phone call each time to remind them.
This year the same thing happened and as I am on holiday in New Zealand at the moment I received no documents from Adrian Flux.
