“After hours searching on the comparison sites, and internet, plus many phone calls to try to find somebody cheeper than the renewal from Adrian Flux which had gone up from last year i Phone Adrian Flux again and spoke to Emily who was great and after some searching got me an extra couple of quid off my fully Com. car ins. “Just cancelled my Bike Insurance with Bikesure. The funny thing is they said I had a £14 refund, but I owe them 200 and something. How does this happen? And I got a much better deal. I really wish I read the reviews of Bikesure first. Had to fill in the things at the bottom pottery fun though I have no refund like I said the offer me £14 but they want 200 and something got all on recording and I told the person on the other side that I’m recording you and the silly person said that’s okay and I said I will put you all over Instagram and everything I don’t mind that’s okay Company hire people like this, not very good from”

“i have 3 land cruiser amazons that is insured with them for past 3 and 2 years happy so for always professional and help full sometimes you have to wait on the phone twice for 45 min in total but got helped in the end even have an agreed valuation on one for a reasonable price i think if you do as you ask and keep in contact they do there job be kind all of us live in a fast stressed word with lots of ather problems lets hope they keep up the good work for me”

“Insured van after difficulties as it does not fit into the descriptions given in boxes on line, pho edthemandthey gave me a much better price than manyothervan insurers so I'm very pleased with them.”

“Well we’re can I begin, after an accident in December last year which was not my fault as I was stationary at the time. I am no further forward with my claim being settled. I have since renewed my Policy with another Agency and am now being told that I have to pay another £127.00 on top of my Policy as Adrian Flux and underwriters cannot give me anything in writing to say that I was not to blame, I am being told that this can take up to a year, I have to add that my car was repaired with no concerns, and the annoying point is no one has contacted me to tell me anything different, only finding this out after I have taken out a new policy and then find this all out hence the extra monies, which underwriters say will not be reimbursed, definitely would not use this Company again.”

“I've just looked at the negative reviews & I share some of other customers frustrations. However, I myself had a difficult time attempting to have a refund issued & as a consequence ended the call; I redialled to initiate a complaint & unfortunately was abrupt with the female who answered, & I got demanding, but the employee who, I found out was called Kayliegh, kept her composure, assimilated the information & asked me to hold, on her return I had calmed down & she again listened to my discourse, she then requested I hold again until she discussed this with the necessary dept. & had practically resolved the issue on her return, with the utmost courtesy & professionalism, which I have to applaud! 👏 So I hope the hierarchy at adrianflux see this review & recognise the efficiency & diplomacy she applied to the situation. Thanks again kayliegh. To all those customers who find themselves in a complex place with a call centre, please remember it's more about how individuals can apply the necessary skills than them trying to be difficult; most of the time.”

“Had a breakdown away from home , called Adrian flux as I took breakdown cover out with insurance and all went very smoothly. I had 2 taxis to drive all 9 of us home and van was picked up and dropped off by next afternoon.”

“I don’t often write reviews however the service from the staff is amazing. I contacted customer service and spoke to a female member of staff regarding uploading documentation for my van insurance. She went above and beyond to help me I did not catch her name however she was kind, patient, supportive and professional guiding me through everything I needed. I was so very grateful and will certainly use this company in future as I can’t thank her enough for her support and kindness”

“I passed my test last year and have a black box provided by Adrian Flux. Arrived in the post and easy to fit which was good. Whilst I can't drive as fast as I'd probably like to it stops me speeding and may have helped me avoid a speeding ticket and maybe an accident too. Spoke to Customer Services when I got a new car and really friendly and helpful. I'd heard it was expensive to swap the box but they only charged me £15 for a kit and I did it myself- easy. My renewal is coming up and i'm on to save over £500 so I'm happy. Recommend.”
