Called on Tues 19th because it’s impossible to get a quote online, spoke to a receptionist who said there’s a 20 minute queue and we close shortly, took car make/model, requested a call back for weds 20th, didn’t happen. Thursday, nothing, Friday…nothing! Great service for a new customer!

AVOID! Very bad experience and appalling customer service. It initially took them two weeks to eventually find my policy, and in the end I gave up perusing a very small claim and paid myself. Now they will not renew my insurance as "the claim" was written off as a loss even though the claim was closed and no payment made!!! Complete incompetence, at one point they even said I had a pay-out of almost £2000, and I had to contact the underwriter direct for written confirmation for proof to send to Adrian Flux

It’s taken three weeks of chasing a quote for HNWI building insurance for a substantial London property to additionally provide flood insurance, potentially moving onto high value cars and jewelry also needing to be covered. They have not even had the decency to pick up the phone with any updates not even once, nor e-mail. My PA has chased and chased just about every day - sometimes more than once a day. Extremely unprofessional and absolute time wasters. DO NOT GET THEM TO QUOTE and certainly do not use them if this is their standard of pre client care if they cannot be bothered to even bring you on board as a large private client with multiple opportunities.

Early December you quoted me £900 for car insurance which I got fo£570. In November you said my house insurance had gone up £100 which I got for the old price from my bank.last February your quote for my caravan was£550 which I got for £340. I am done with you.

This company used to be great until Covid hit and everybody started working from home , now it seems nobody even does their job properly. The stress it causes trying to get through to this company is just unbelievable. There is also some sort of fault on the line which I have reported numerous times over the last three or four years. It still hasn’t been fixed. When you do finally get hold of someone and you go through all Info,, they say they will call you back and they never do. I’ve lost track how many times this has happened to me and now once again our policy is due tomorrow and we cannot get hold of anybody. It’s ridiculous. Stead clear is what I will say.

Used them for years. Supposed to be a broker but don't seem to actually broker any deal at all. On hold for 50 mins several times. Claim to cater as a specialist but honestly, you're better off on go compare

Rang for a quote and was almost bullied into taking the policy, on a car that I was only going to view. I was promised if I didn’t get the car I could ring up, before the start date, cancel and get a full refund. I didn’t get the car, rang to cancel and was told I had to pay a cancellation fee, finally after I persisted I was told I would receive a full refund, I’ll have to watch my bank account carefully as I’ve had no confirmation of refund or policy being cancelled. I used to trust this company but I’m afraid trust has gone, my business may soon follow

Very rude on the phone £89 cancellation fee. Steer well clear of this company and look at all the negative feedback they have. This company will try anything I’m sure to line their own pockets. Good luck if you have a claim with them, my guess is they will wriggle out of it for sure.

I would like to say that if my company operated like this one I would get the jail for fraud you have a young boy at 17 reporting he touched another car the owner of the other car doesn’t make a claim but the young guy does and they ad £700 to his already overpriced insurance this company are liars and scammers stay well away

Rip off! Changed my mind and still cost me £80. Apparently in the small print but charged extra as I went through a comparison site. Beware! Keeps your pennies and go with a reputable company.

My daughter just passed her test and excepted a quote from you and paid in full (with a black box). Told to install box as soon as she got it, which she did. Went out driving and then received a text saying she was ‘misquoted’ and needed to pay another £500. Finally got hold of someone on the phone who said she could cancel the policy but would need to pay £190 because she had opened the box. She is now in tears. Well done!

After a phone call to this company which I'd used before I was offered a great deal with my car insurance which I accepted then I was asked to provide my NCB which I did after contacting my last insurance company they then rejected this as they said it was still an active policy but it stated that I have 9 years NCB I rang them to discuss this matter I was completely stubbed they said I have to cancel the policy which I did and that cost me £94 but still to no avail I then received a letter to say to stop legal action I have to pay Adrian Flux £157 for what exactly they cancelled the policy not me I provided them with all the information they asked for I was also informed that should I take out a new policy with a different company they will inform their major holdings company and their subsidiaries to cancel new policy until the debt is paid I feel violated treated as a second class citizen I am going to take legal action and would never recommend Adrian Flux insurance to anyone

After hours searching on the comparison sites, and internet, plus many phone calls to try to find somebody cheeper than the renewal from Adrian Flux which had gone up from last year i Phone Adrian Flux again and spoke to Emily who was great and after some searching got me an extra couple of quid off my fully Com. car ins. Refund on 8 unused months was £168!!!!! Insurance cost £497. Absolutely money grabbing company, do not use

Was insured for my classic car at a cost of £205 for 2022 to 2023, had my renewal advice in excess of £750. an increase of 350%, had no claims or driving convictions. Then got a quote for similar insurance with agreed value for £470 from a well known insurer. Spoke to Adrian Flux and was told the insurance company they had used was no longer with them and they could not get anywhere near the alternative quote I had. Enough said.
