Terrible customer service - very intrusive questions, totally not related to the policy to. Not pleasant to speak with. Would not recommend.

Never use this insurance company. Took out building insurance, my circumstances changed but couldn't cancel it. They wouldn't reply to emails or take instructions. For every day with insurance I didn't want to continue they just carry on charging. A total scam. Avoid. Staff are rude and unprofessional aswell.

Totally disappointed with Adrian flux renewed my classic insurance for my classic car in August at a cost of £100 i sold the car yesterday and cancelled the insurance today they gave me back £10 and a few pence doesn't seem fair won't take insurance with them again so beware I paid the insurance in full

Terrible experience for me . Take the gamble if you wish but hid warning which I wish I did . There are so many hidden charges with their insurance policy and the service is truely terrible . I thought I was the clever one picking them purely on what i thought was a competitve price . Gosh was I wrong !!! Ive cancelled the policy - taken the loss and gone back to my previous insurer . Last thing I need is a bad experience if I need their insurance to kick in and help.

Adrian Flux cancelled my policy unfairly during the 14-day cooling-off period, kept over £300, and falsely claimed my car was for business use. Their complaint handling was terrible, and the Financial Ombudsman repeatedly closed my case, leaving me chasing them for years. This caused ongoing financial harm—I cannot recommend this company.

Lesson learnt the hard way. Kept getting recommendation for this company from vanlife groups so I thought it was good I got it for my car since it was about £50 cheaper than the cheapest insurer on comparision sites. My god its a rip off, they refused to take my 4 years NCB so I asked how much it would be to take it off the policy, £700 on top of the £700 I already paid, I paid for half of this amount when I just pass my test. Im canceling the policy now and after 2 months I lost half of the £700 I paid after all the fees and commisions. Absolutely disgusting model of business, stay far away.

I have been trying all day on and off to get through to the renewals team, holding on each time for more than 15 minutes. Well, I've now given up and I won't be renewing. Pathetic!

Sent my son a new quote that didn't require the black box, then as he's just changed job title they used that as an excuse not to insure him plus the black box had to stay on with that quote they sent, poor business skills. Stay away.

Sold my can part way through the year. Phoned to cancel and was told there's no refund. Make sure you read the T&C very carefully. Never experienced this with any other insurance company.

I have recommended this company several times over the years my son has used them. However, my son has been poorly treated - treated quite ruthlessly actually - since he cancelled his policy in March. He is out of the country and emailed to say he had sold his car and didn't need the insurance any more and could they refund him anything that might be due. They apparently emailed back (he didn't receive it) to ask him to confirm again whether he definitely wanted to cancel, or whether they should carry the policy on against a "dummy registration". Whatever one of these is?! Can they even do this? Surely a new car = new policy? Upshot of this is that Adrian Flux did not cancel his policy in March as instructed, did not refund any monies due back to my son AND then renewed the policy for a car sold 4 months ago and took £500 out of his bank account this week! We are nowhere near sorting this mess out and I wanted to post this as a warning to any parents of younger people that they seem to need to be super careful with this company. I do not like how they have manipulated this situation with a young person not very experienced in formal communication, especially as he is so far from home and with an 8-hour time difference cannot communicate at all well.

🛑Avoid this company🛑 extremely unprofessional . wooden door garage would not consider as garage. you will lose your deposit even might have to pay outstanding . please guys avoid this company, try somewhere else.

Auto renewal confirmed with Adrian Flux for the 6th year and then I get a message to say they need tracker documentation that’s ok but then get advised that my tracker isn’t accepted so £94 to buy there tracker sounds like a scam to me? They should honour there auto renewal agreement. I might be old school but a deal is a deal and any cost changes should be advised prior to renewal.

Called on Tues 19th because it’s impossible to get a quote online, spoke to a receptionist who said there’s a 20 minute queue and we close shortly, took car make/model, requested a call back for weds 20th, didn’t happen. Thursday, nothing, Friday…nothing! Great service for a new customer!
