My only gripe is that every year I have to phone up & ask if the quote is the best they can do & then phone somewhere else & get a quote that Adrian Flux then do there best to match. They usually get close enough to make it worthwhile staying, but it is all a bit of a pain. Just give your best price at the outset & not after I've said i can get insurance cheaper elsewhere.
