“Very poor customer service and there staff make mistakes then denied them and the mangers refused to property look into it. There mistake would leave me with a blameworthy from 2 years ago on my recorded when there was no blameworthy they miss read info of a database that says I made a cliam for personal injury and I won. It did not say I caused a crash like Adrin flux told me and tryed to charge me £65 more for my renewal. They have now removed the lies off my no claims bonus after 3 days of calling round and I still did not get a sorry from them. I have a 4x4 and am a member of 2 owners clubs who will know this info too. I have now went with a main stream insurance company and its £350 fully comp and has no limited mileage. Adrin put up my renewal to £415! Shop around and dont fall for Adrin fluxs slightly lower price as they will get more out u over time.”

“I have been insuring my kit car with Adrian flux since 1980, in 2004 I insured my Parejo, I recently changed the Pajero for a newer 4x4, as I had 6months to run with my insurance I stayed with Adrian Flux, big mistake! they told me that my current insurance company wasn't the best for the new vehicle and recommended cancelling my remaining 6mths and getting a 12 month policy with Aviva, they are the experts? so I complied. they allowed me £140.00 pounds for the remaining 6mths and charged me a further £326.43 a total of nearly £470.00. I then went on line and checked out various comparison sites. Should have done this first I know. the first site I checked was Adrian flux £275.00, the next was Aviva £324.00 various others including Hastings Direct which had better cover, lower excesses and was only £279. I got back in touch with a view to discussing the problem and after being passed around 3 different call handlers I was told a manager would ring me back, as I was going to work I said it would have to be before 10:30am and was told no problem I would get a call back before then, surprise I didn't. I then contacted them when I returned with a view to cancelling my policy and was told I wouldn't get the £140 from my previous policy as I had agreed to cancel it and the money I would get back would be the £326.43 minus handling and cancellation charges. I explained that although I was very unhappy with the situation it appeared that I was stuck with them for 12months at which time I would not be using them again ever, nor would I use Aviva as they had the bad judgement to use Adrian flux as a broker. Sorry Aviva. When my kit car insurance is up for renewal I will also be using a different broker. I have been driving for 43 years without a claim and stayed loyal to Flux for the last few years , PS I still never got to talk to a manager. Rant over, but be warned you can't trust them”

“I was sent an insurance renewal from this company for my motorcycle. Before renewing I checked with insuresupermarket.com and found a slightly better price. I noticed that there was a note attached to the renewal notice, with a guarantee to beat any cheaper quote and so phoned them on the renewal line of 0844 381 6513 (BEWARE OF CALLING THIS) from my mobile and was aware there was a charge per minute but not how much that might actually be. There is no normal STD number offered to make contact. Much to my surprise I was waiting for 7.5 minutes before my call was answered by a person and all the while listened to automated messages of the various services offered by this company, none of which was relevant to my call. None were repeated and it appeared when all recorded messages were exhausted then the call was actually answered. After a short conversation I was asked to wait while discussion took place outside of my hearing re the cover I required and after 18 minutes + total was told they could not match the price as there were slight differences and therefore I reverted back to the other company . THE COST TO ME FOR THIS CALL WAS IN EXCESS OF £6.50!!!! This is totally unacceptable and I consider to be very sharp practice. Beware! Mr R Perry”

“everything about Adrian flux is spot on EXCEPT the fact that whenever I renew I start to get bogus calls on my mobile phone, probably about when my car was hit but I was not in it at the time, which is very annoying. to the extent that I may never use Adrian flux again. one of the workers at FLUX said this was nothing to do with them but I know that it is because my number is not given to anyone else. Why you have to have my mobile number is beyond me as I have never been rang by flux in all the years I have been using you. So either I give a false number next year or I will stop using Flux.”

“I was promised money back on my insurance which was overcharged when my two car polices were renewed. Still not recieved the £60.00+ and no notification why! Looks very unlikely I will renew with you company agin even though I have been a customer of yours for a number of years. Keith Austin”

“Competitively priced policy although I have never had to make a claim so cannot comment on how good the company is in a crisis. Did ask for an increased agreed value of £10k last year on my classic vehicle that I do not believe was confirmed.”

“Always found Adrian Flux to be very good & easy to work with, no hassle. I did have three vehicles insured with you last year but prices seem to have gone up quite a bit this year so two have been insured elsewhere so far. The other one, a kit car, is due about now but again the quote has increased a bit more that I would have expected. Will be contacting you to see if another offer is possible before moving again.”

“Fortunately, while I have not had the opportunity to make a formal claim against my Classic Car Insurance Policy, I can certainly recommend the experience of gaining a very competitive quote to suit your needs. I have owned a classic car for 8 years now and Adrian Flux have looked after my interests very well indeed with the minimum of fuss upon the initial application stage and indeed at every renewal date.
