“Could not have been in better hands, nice and friendly, very fast service. A firmware update from Bambu Labs was released 2 days later caused problems, that no one foresaw. With one phoncall I received a new printer the next day. But it took a couple of days for Bambu Labs to release another firmware update to fix the problem. Full marks to Additive-X for helping to resolve a problem that was not theirs.”

“Ordered Bambulab X1 Carbon at 3.30pm and got it the next day at ll am, excellent service. Unfortunately the 3d printer itself produces very poor quality prints, so have gone back to using my ender3, so i have an £1100 paper weight on my hands, obviously nothing to do with Addative X.”

“Ordered a Bambu x1-carbon after previous bad experiences with printers, takes all the guess work and constant alterations for the machine away, plus it is so fast its hard to believe. ordered on a friday & arrived on the saturday, great communication from Kirsty & Rachael. I would highly reccomend this company.”

“Highly recommended - Worked with them for several years now - Tammy and the Team are excellent to deal with. They are great for designs, batch prints, advice on material and so much more. Their engineering knowledge is only equaled by their customer service. Additive-X are not just another 3D printer sales company hiding as a 3D print lab. They care about what you make, and they make you feel like they are another division in your company. Thank you Additive-X.”

“Dealt with Ian and Elaine here when we decided to get a 3D Printer. They have both been super helpful, lots of getting started queries, trying to find our feet and no question is too much trouble. Prompt responses and the data required always comes through. Quick delivery on the stuff we've ordered too. A pleasure to deal with!”
