“I ordered a 3D printer. The website was easy to use. I received a number of emails linking to advice on the Bambu Wiki site which enabled me to familiarise myself with the product before receiving it. Free next day delivery was advertised. I received a text from the delivery company saying my parcel was "delayed" but not by how much. Additive-X rang me and advised that the parcel would be delayed until the next day because the delivery company did not have enough capacity. I was therefore able to go out without guessing if I would miss the parcel. Nobody has ever done this before and it showed a high level of customer service on the part of Additive-X. Product arrived in good order and well-packed. I would recommend this firm to my friends.”

“I just wanted to take a moment to say how impressed we’ve been with Additive-X. From the point of ordering our 3D printer, the communication was prompt, courteous and clear. We were kept well informed throughout the process, and using DPD for delivery was the icing on the cake. They’re by far the most reliable courier out there, so that immediately gave us confidence. When we later discovered a manufacturer’s fault with the printer, Additive-X response was excellent. They were straight onto it, apologised without hesitation, and went out of their way to get the part replaced quickly. It was all handled at their cost and effort, not ours, which says a lot about how they operate as a business. Additive-X is a genuinely brilliant company to deal with, and there’s a real can-do attitude running right through the company, and that’s incredibly refreshing to see these days. Thanks again for the great service.”

“Absolutely perfect service and fantastic product (X1 Carbon). Love it so much I just ordered the HD2 Combo Laser. These guys are costing me a fortune, and I dont care!. I honestly could not reccomend them highly enough; Products and Service are second to none. Tessa is an absolute credit to the Company.”

“Outstanding service as always. It doesn't matter who you deal with, you always get the result you require. It's easy to forget, the team in despatch but all the printers I've purchased from Additive X, have arrived in excellent condition and transported by a trusted company. This matters alot. “Pallet delivery to my home is not possible and so collection from Additive-X was the best option. The friendly and helpful team made the purchase and pick-up a pleasant experience and I thank them all. After two weeks the H2C has completed 112 hours of flawless printing and I'm very pleased.”
