“Superb from start to finish. Rachael responded promptly to my first and all subsequent emails. They offered a good price, the printer was easy to order and had free delivery. The printer was well packaged and setup and working in minutes. Couldn’t recommended highly enough.”

“I did write a long review last week. But I mentioned my delivery was delayed by 24 hours - absolutely NOT Additive-X's fault - and it seems to have vanished into the ether as a result! I dealt with Kerry M at Additive-X. She was ultra-helpful. She maintained communication whilst she tried to get to the bottom of what had happened with the courier. To show my confidence in the company, I asked for my refund of the additional delivery premium to be used as a credit against future consumable purchases. Kerry was happy to do this. As to the printer, I'm extremely happy with my Bambu Lab X1C. Like any printer, it has its good and bad points, and I'm slowly learning to adapt my techniques to make best use of the product. So, despite the initial hiccup, I'm more than happy to sing the praises of Additive-X!”

“Good price, and free delivery. Had a phone call after ordering, explaining a short delay due to stock... no biggie as there was a 5-6 week wait for a prusa, and this P1S is better anyway. Now it's here, I can't believe how good it really is.”

“I nearly chose the wrong supplier! I was about to order a Bambu lab P1S from a competitor of Additive-X. But after a conversation with a bored sounding man on a hard to hear phone line I tried Additive-X. What a difference. I had a pleasant and informative conversation with Rachel who answered all of my questions on a clear phone line. I did a quick check on their web site and found a well organised and long established firm. After placing my order I received a call from Rachel asking if I realised that there would be a delay in the delivery as they were waiting for a shipment to arrive. I said that I was aware that all suppliers were waiting for the same shipment. So I expected to have to wait at least a couple of weeks. But it actually arrived within a few days. It was well packaged and undamaged. After setting up the printer I had difficulty connecting to the internet. So I phoned Additive-X and was passed on to Chris Furlong, an extremely helpful and patient engineer, who spent a couple of hours, including with a video link, trying to work out what the problem was. After a lunch break Chris phoned me back to suggest a possible solution, after consulting with his colleagues, that my WiFi may be operating at 5GHz instead of the required 2.4GHz and that my extension that I have installed could well be set to the correct frequency. This was indeed the case and so my problem was solved. Just imagine what would have happened if I’d chosen the other supplier with the bored person on the bad phone line? So thank you Chris for your extreme patience. And thank you Rachel for helping me make the right decision to order from Additive-X. A very satisfied customer. Warwick Kemp.”

“Had bad luck with other retailers of 3D printers, getting many smashed and bent machines. Additive X were incredibly helpful and reassuring that I wouldn't have this issue with them. I ordered the printer and they checked multiple times if I was content with the delivery date and offered to expedite it due to me probably being excited to receive it. All in all, a genuine, fantastic group of people who seem to genuinely care about you as a customer rather than moving stock out the door.”

“Absolutely fantastic customer support and a very easy purchase. They had the 3d printer I wanted and after a quick phone call they said I could come and collect it. “Brilliant company to deal with from start to finish, I live in Guernsey so was expecting VAT /Deliver issues. No such problems with this company. Purchased an X12 Carbon and delivered withing 2 days. Ask for Rachael she's very efficient. Have used them again since original purchase.”

“Could not have been in better hands, nice and friendly, very fast service. A firmware update from Bambu Labs was released 2 days later caused problems, that no one foresaw. With one phoncall I received a new printer the next day. But it took a couple of days for Bambu Labs to release another firmware update to fix the problem. Full marks to Additive-X for helping to resolve a problem that was not theirs.”
