“Top notch customer service backed up with competitive prices. I am a convert - no more ordering 3D printing consumables from Amazon. The Live Chat representative was incredibly helpful, with great product knowledge, guiding me on which product would best suit my needs. I was even told stock levels and the shipping cut off time for next day delivery. The products turned up as promised, packed very well. Very highly recommended.”

“I rang for advice having never been involved in 3D printing before, the consultant i spoke with was extremely helpful and understanding I then purchased a Bambu Lab X 1 and filament and dryer box. All work perfectly Competitively priced, super fast delivery of quality goods and equipment 10 / 10”

“Best printer experience ever, I have two others and this is my first Bambu labs. Decided on the refurbished A1 Combo and without a doubt the most advanced printer I've bought to date. No more fiffing and faffing trying to set everything up for a print. Had it now for a week and hardly stopped printing and the results are simply first class. Seriously thinking of selling my other two printers and replacing with A1's. My advice, just buy it, you will not regret it, Additive-X are first class to deal with, I bought the refurbished A1 Combo, I honestly would not have been able to tell the difference between my purchase and brand new. For the price, quality and service you cannot get better anywhere. Love it.”

“Always very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Online ordering is easy, delivery quick, and was a pleasure to visit in person and see the impressive facility with operating machines and printed samples to examine. I received great advice on methods of manufacture and materials for my SLA and FDM printers and was able to purchase and take away the chosen printer and selectrion of consumables during the visit - perfect.”

“My 3rd printer from the company. This one (an A1) was listed as a grade A refurb at a decent saving (following the heater bed cable recall) and the only way I could tell it wasn't box fresh new was the ripped open poly bag! Each experience with Additive X has been flawless and fast, and absolutely happy to recommend them.”
