“Always very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Online ordering is easy, delivery quick, and was a pleasure to visit in person and see the impressive facility with operating machines and printed samples to examine. I received great advice on methods of manufacture and materials for my SLA and FDM printers and was able to purchase and take away the chosen printer and selectrion of consumables during the visit - perfect.”

“My 3rd printer from the company. This one (an A1) was listed as a grade A refurb at a decent saving (following the heater bed cable recall) and the only way I could tell it wasn't box fresh new was the ripped open poly bag! Each experience with Additive X has been flawless and fast, and absolutely happy to recommend them.”

“Bought a Bambulab A1 printer combo, refurbished. Well I’m sure it was brand new! Honestly I cannot see any signs of use, didn’t even look like the box had been opened. Will 100% buy my next printer from Additive X. Delivery was quick and they keep you informed. First class service.”

“A good company with good prices, this was the first time I have used them and I hope not to be the last. I ordered a A1 mini 3d print in July, which was due to be delivered in Sept due to stock levels. The printer arrived end of August just before the Bank holiday. Additive kept me up to date with the delivery and even provided some useful hints and tips on using the printer. During the order period, I contacted them for updates and they provided me with clear answers to my questions.”

“We recently procured a Fuse 1 with a Sift for printing parts for our business. We had lengthy technical discussions with Additive X, who were extremely helpful with recommending materials and printers suitable for our requirements. During the discussions we had samples constructed in various material grades so we could assess which suits our needs the best. Once we placed the order, we were delighted and surprised with the speed of delivery on the equipment. The installation process was pretty simple and straightforward and the training course provided was extensive. I would highly recommend anyone in the market for a 3D printer to contact Additive X. We have now procured 3no of Bambu printers as well, with the intentions of creating a 3D farm. A special mention to Elaine from Additive X who has been exceptional through the process, nothing was too much hassle for her. We appreciated her assistance and patience throughout the process.”
