“I cannot fault the service from start to end. Thank you Additive-X for a great experience shopping with your company. Rebecca was really helpful on the In-built chat function helping me understand the stock and delivery options for the Bambu printer I was interested in. Despite being an utter impatient child the second I pressed 'buy now.. Rebecca reassured me that their Saturday service was reliable and the order was placed well before the daily cutoff. The delivery carrier did very well not to damage the large heavy box for the P2S. Within 15 minutes of it arriving... I was printing again after taking a 3 month break. This is the type of positive experience that encourages me to be a returning customer. Thank you again to Rebecca and the wider team supporting my order - (this was a birthday present for myself and I'm quite a happy chappy).”

“We recently purchased a **Bambu Lab 3D printer from Additive-X**, and the whole experience has been excellent from start to finish. **Becca and Ian were both incredibly helpful throughout the purchase process**, answering questions, keeping us informed and doing everything they could to make sure everything went smoothly. We did have an issue with the delivery, but what really impressed me was how Additive-X dealt with it. The problem was **resolved immediately and entirely in our favour**, with no hassle or unnecessary back and forth. That level of customer service makes a huge difference and gives you real confidence in the company you're buying from. The Bambu Lab printer itself is a fantastic piece of equipment, but equally important is knowing you've got a supplier behind you who genuinely looks after their customers. **Excellent service, great communication, fantastic prices and a company that stands behind what it sells. I wouldn't hesitate to use Additive-X again and would 100% recommend them.** A special thank you to **Becca and Ian** for all their help.”
