“I bought what I saw to be quality tension pliers for £25 and what I got I wouldn't give £2 for they're cheap they creak and they've given me blisters and they do not look the same as the ones advertised! . I bought a pair for £11 on eBay they lasted 4 years and I've never had this problem. Still waiting for a resolution. Won't use them again for anything”

“I'm utterly disappointed with the costs of your postage- especially when I waited 5 days for supposedly next day delivery. Granted it was after 1pm on the Friday however they didn't turn up until Wednesday!? That a side the hair is lovely, nice & thick and good quality”

“I bought the extentions for my sisters wedding to be a bridesmaid it was in Greece .... When I checked to see if they was OK in my hair a few days before 2 of the clips did not work....I am very disappointed as my hairdresser couldn't do it the style I was supose to have it. I have tried to return the ex toons back and I am awaiting a reply”

“Wont be ordering again after the experience that I had! Which is a real shame as used additional lengths a lot in the past but this was just too much for me I was let down in an unacceptable manner! I think you need to review your delivery policy!”

“This is the second 100% human hair wrap that I have purchased from additional lengths, and I am delighted once again, I can colour & curl this hairpiece to suit changing styles and colours of my hair and always receive compliments when I am wearing it, no-one realizes it is an addition to my own hair, just brilliant. I only wish you made a wrap with a bulldog clip in.”

“I ordered ash blond wig and when it came it was blind mixed with dark brown hair not at all what it shows on the website so that's a disappointment . Otherwise delivery was very fast so that was nice .”
