“I have purchased a set of full head clip in extensions and they are great quality and were delivered extremely quickly. They stay in my hair fine hair better than extensions that I have bought in the past. One thing that would make them even better for me would be if there were single clip ins too. That's a minor detail and just a personal preference but I like to pad my hair out with single and double clips usually. I'll definitely be sticking with additional lengths in the future :)”

“Have used the mini tip hair extensions for 3 years now, always really good quality and look fab but what disgusts me is the price going up every year by which I've noted is around £5 , couldn't believe when I went to order these the other week they were £80!!! When I first ordered these were just £55. Also when the hair seems a lot thinner when fitted in my hair.”

“Ordered 3 bails of elegance. I ordered a new colour which i was unsure would match in the end. Spoke to Richard, he was brilliant, done everything he could to help me, in the end, the colour was great. Top quality service, even better quality hair, will continue to use, 11/10 from me x”

“I thought the service was good that I could send the hair back and get an exchange, I put a note in for the people to ring me and the guy called me to let me know I couldn't have my hair sent out by a certain time so that was kind. I didn't think it was fair that I could pay extra and have next day delivery I had to have a whole refund and then re-order for next day delivery, surly for us all it would have been easier for me to just pay the £7. Also, I tried to change the delivery address as it defaulted to my billing address instead of my works delivery address for some reason which no one will be home so I have already had the refund, re-ordered the hair and now wont be able to get it anyway because even under a hour after ordering you wouldn't help me and let me change the address even though it was your website that defaulted my address and didn't use the address I selected. BUT oh well... I just have to go without and order from somewhere else.”

“I have been using Additional Lengths for just over 4 months now! I have found them to be an extremely efficient company! On the occasions I have had to phone whom ever I speak to have always been very helpful! Nothing has ever been to much trouble! Any returns have been dealt with quickly and when ordering the goods have arrived the next day! Fantastic service.”
