I thought the service was good that I could send the hair back and get an exchange, I put a note in for the people to ring me and the guy called me to let me know I couldn't have my hair sent out by a certain time so that was kind. I didn't think it was fair that I could pay extra and have next day delivery I had to have a whole refund and then re-order for next day delivery, surly for us all it would have been easier for me to just pay the £7. Also, I tried to change the delivery address as it defaulted to my billing address instead of my works delivery address for some reason which no one will be home so I have already had the refund, re-ordered the hair and now wont be able to get it anyway because even under a hour after ordering you wouldn't help me and let me change the address even though it was your website that defaulted my address and didn't use the address I selected. BUT oh well... I just have to go without and order from somewhere else.
