“Great hair. Lovely style .. just nothing like the colour advertised unfortunately so after paying an over average price I have to pay more for a hairdresser to dye the hair and it will now probably loose half of its life span :(”

“Extreamly poor customer service! Would not recommend! Ordered hair extensions on pre 12pm delivery, paid £13.50 for delivery. When extensions did not arrive I called customer service to be advised, pre 12pm delivery had not been processed! Hair appointment booked for 12:30pm! £150 deposit lost!!! As only provided a hours notice to salon to advise of cancellation! Can not get another appointment for 3 weeks! When speaking to Richard, he simply advised he was sorry, I should ordwe my hair before I actually need it!!! I should also call the salon and apologise! Which helps no one!!! Do not offer a service if you can not provide it! I've lost well over £250 today, "sorry" is not good enough!”

“This used to be my go to hair it lasts and performs well in all conditions, the mini tips r tiny so better look and feel, but more time delicate in application. They finally have light ash grey in the collection, annoying mini tips don't come in 18' and I'm hoping the new bonds are better than 1 1/2 years ago as I changed brands because of colour and splitting of bonds so interested to see how these new colour 55 last. Finer hair higher quality . Postage is too expensive”

“I will never use again, I sent hair back £140.00 however they only refunded me £132.00 I'm assuming this was a deduction of the post however I did not pay the post due to opening an account so it was deducted as a discount, if it was a gift why do I now have to pay it because I returned the hair?? I'm sure I won't be able to use the deduction on another order! Poor!!!”

“The best hair extensions I have ever had, this is my second batch of them. I have been having hair extensions for the last eight years constantly and always chose the best quality, which in many cases were not. These extensions do not frizz or shed, great quality.”

“I ordered some hair euro stick tip hair in "22" but it was out of stock, the girl i spoke to said that they do have the colour in "24" and that she would have to check with her manager that she could send me out the longer length in the same colour no extra cost! i was so happy as my customer was due in the end of the week and having hair extensions fitted for her holiday! Also there is never a proble with postage, i always get my parcels on time and they are all secure when they reach me! I also loved the little chocolates that were sent out along with a pen in my parcel! The only thing i would say that i have been disappointed by is that quite often the hair is out of stock. Otherwise i am a very satisfied customer!”
