Extreamly poor customer service! Would not recommend! Ordered hair extensions on pre 12pm delivery, paid £13.50 for delivery. When extensions did not arrive I called customer service to be advised, pre 12pm delivery had not been processed! Hair appointment booked for 12:30pm! £150 deposit lost!!! As only provided a hours notice to salon to advise of cancellation! Can not get another appointment for 3 weeks! When speaking to Richard, he simply advised he was sorry, I should ordwe my hair before I actually need it!!! I should also call the salon and apologise! Which helps no one!!! Do not offer a service if you can not provide it! I've lost well over £250 today, "sorry" is not good enough!
