“I ordered a silver photo frame for an upcoming christening, arrived quickly and the frame itself it lovely and beautifully packaged, only negative was the outer box was damaged and as its a gift thats disappointing hence the 4 stars”

I'm so sorry about the outer box damange, these are really only considered our transit cartons rather than the actual gift box which is inside, although we've made them so beautiful that people seem to value them as a gift box as well. “Click is very small and not luminous so can’t see time during the night”

I'm so sorry you weren't happy with the size of your clock, please do email us and we would be more than happy to offer you a refund. With regards to the luminous hands, these require daylight to charge in order to glow at night so the clock will not work immediately out of the box. We are currently having some instructions made to include with the clocks to explain this more clearly. Kind regards Sarah Ross

With regards to the luminous hands, these require daylight in order to recharge to glow in the dark so it would not work straight out of the box. Kind regards Sarah Ross

“Arrived beautifully packaged and definitely took the hassle out of gifting photos. My only niggle is when I unpacked the frames with photos in, it appeared that the photos had ink marks on them (people in photos looked to have face tattoos!). I took the photos out of the frames and the marks disappeared. It was due to the tight packing behind the photos, pressing the photos too closely against the glass. Easily fixed by taking some of the packing out however felt this should have been picked up prior to despatch to avoid unnecessary panic/disappointment, particularly if the order had been sent directly to intended recipients.”

Thank you very much for your kind review, we apologize for the amount of packaging, this is something we are constantly reviewing, our priority is of course to make sure the product reaches you in immaculate condition and as most of our products include glass which can be broken easily in transit it's difficult to scale that back however we will continue to keep an eye on this. “The customer service team were great and very helpful. On the website I uploaded a photo and a message to go with the photo frame that I purchased but for some reason the website failed to save these on the order. I contacted the customer services team to see if they had got these and they quickly replied back that they hadn't so I emailed them the photo and the message and they posted out the next morning for my parents to receive the following day. 5 stars for customer service but would be great to fix the website which is why I gave 4 stars - other people may not realise that there is a bug.”
