“Fab frame but I feel the photo should have been out in frame as I sent it it the wrong way round”

“These salt and pepper shakers look great. My only criticism are the knobs which had no "P" and "S" on them. I was then sent replacement ones, but the letters are so faint, you can barely see them.”

“Photo frame was well packaged and I was happy with the quality. However, was not happy with the delivery. It was delivered incorrectly to a neighbour 50m away but tracking info said it had been handed to me. I recognised the front door it was left outside, sadly not mine.”

“Lovely frame, and beautifully packaged as a birthday gift. Only disappointment was that the photo I sent had not been printed and added to the frame, as expected. Luckily I checked before giving the present, and I was able to rectify the problem. However due to the quality of the product and overall service I would certainly recommend Addison Ross, and I will use them again.”

“Love my frame I have received. I was however disappointed as had expected the mount to be white, and it was cream, which doesn’t work with my colour scheme. Really happy with everything else though. I have spoken to a lady regarding this to see what can be sorted.”

“The photos in the frame were of good quality. The message card is a nice touch but the website text input is by letter not by word, so the word didn't carry over to the next line, just one letter. The ordering of the pictures and the message once done can't be seen or checked at check out - therefore I presumed it was a tech failure and that it hadn't been processed. I was delighted when I opened the package for that not to have been the case. This free service is a value add that elevates Addison Ross to a preferred high-end retailer that I will definitely purchase from again and recommend to friends. Thank you. : )”

“I ordered a silver photo frame for an upcoming christening, arrived quickly and the frame itself it lovely and beautifully packaged, only negative was the outer box was damaged and as its a gift thats disappointing hence the 4 stars”

I'm so sorry about the outer box damange, these are really only considered our transit cartons rather than the actual gift box which is inside, although we've made them so beautiful that people seem to value them as a gift box as well. “Click is very small and not luminous so can’t see time during the night”

I'm so sorry you weren't happy with the size of your clock, please do email us and we would be more than happy to offer you a refund. With regards to the luminous hands, these require daylight to charge in order to glow at night so the clock will not work immediately out of the box.
