“Love the frames as they are beautiful but very disappointed with the quality of the free photo in the frame. I’d bought this as a last minute gift and had to go to Snappy Snaps to have them all re done”

Dear Nikki I'm so sorry you were unhappy with the photo, I'm afraid this only happens if the image you uploaded was too low a resolution, we're working on our software to try to alert people if they try to upload lower res images in future. “As is always the case with Addison Ross, the presentation and quality of the frame is excellent. Unfortunately, the Electric Pink enamel isn't really electric so the effect won't be quite as I'd hoped. Really, it's more a musk pink. Unfortunately, website colours aren't indicative of true colours. This has happened previously with an aqua shade... which I returned.”

“Beautiful (expensive) lacquered box. The plastic over the silver clasp did not peel off easily and became a mission clean it all off. Had it not been for that, it would have got a 5*. (This was my second box with same issue - so that needs addressing imo)”

“Beautiful photo frame, well packaged. Taken one star off because the colour of the photo that I uploaded for the frame was not a good shade (dull and brownish, unlike the original). I will put the original photo in the frame.”

“Super speedy delivery, my delivery arrived the next day. It was well packaged with just a small dent in the gift box. Nice frame. The gift box is good quality but the internal packaging could be a bit more gift-like.”

“Good quality frame, easy order process, fast delivery. Perfect for a gift for my mum. If it were possible to see a preview of the uploaded photo in the frame that would be perfect, as I didn't realise the photo I had chosen wouldn't work well in the frame I had selected (my fault, there wasn't enough space at the top of the photo I uploaded and someone's head was hidden under the frame). If I'd been able to preview I would have realised before ordering. Otherwise, perfect process and product!”

“Happy with my purchases although the photo frame appears to be the silver edged one, not gold as ordered. This means it doesn't match the gold edged clock ordered at the same time which is annoying. In different times (i.e. non-covid) I might have returned it, but we no longer have a post office, and I am avoiding going into our nearest town if possible. It would also have been helpful to have had some information on how to set the alarm on the clock - sure I'll work it out if I need to!”

“The frames are beautiful. They were for a special occasion and they exude quality. They came in a beautiful box and were well packaged. I got a free photo included for each frame, however it would have been useful if I could have uploaded two photos as the two frames were for the same person.”

Dear Ange, What a shame you didn't mention this at the time as you could have done that by choosing 1 frame, uploading the photo, then choosing the same frame again and then uploading a different photo. Thank you so much for your kind review, we are constantly striving to reduce our packaging and carbon footprint, unfortunately because the products are fragile and most contain glass we need to balance this with protecting against breakages in transit.
