I'm so sorry you weren't happy with the size of your clock, please do email us and we would be more than happy to offer you a refund. With regards to the luminous hands, these require daylight to charge in order to glow at night so the clock will not work immediately out of the box. We are currently having some instructions made to include with the clocks to explain this more clearly. Kind regards Sarah Ross

“Arrived beautifully packaged and definitely took the hassle out of gifting photos. My only niggle is when I unpacked the frames with photos in, it appeared that the photos had ink marks on them (people in photos looked to have face tattoos!). I took the photos out of the frames and the marks disappeared. It was due to the tight packing behind the photos, pressing the photos too closely against the glass. Easily fixed by taking some of the packing out however felt this should have been picked up prior to despatch to avoid unnecessary panic/disappointment, particularly if the order had been sent directly to intended recipients.”
